Okay experience. No prices posted online, no pricing posted in the office. I called asking for pricing and they just said they have availability. They took me in right away and I was out within 30 minutes which seemed nice at the time. However my gel pedicure came off in like 4 days after going there, which has never happened to me. They put an insane amount of oil on my feet it would not soak into my skin whatsoever. I was sliding out of sandals when I left and they’re now stained from the oil which is pretty frustrating but nothing to do about it. I literally wiped my feet off after I got home because they were actually greasy 😂 I’d say they do a decent job in a pinch but I won’t be coming back.

I recently went to this nail salon, and while the actual nail work was done well, the overall experience was far from pleasant. The woman who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. I can speak and understand English just fine, but she talked to me as if she was doing me a favor by explaining the services. Her tone felt disrespectful, and it made me extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, I was asked to pay the full amount before the service even began. I’m not sure if that’s a regular policy or not, but it felt odd and unwelcoming. When I visit a salon, I expect not only quality work but also basic courtesy and a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope they work on treating customers with more respect in the future.

Love the ladies here and the service is always great. I love coming in and getting my nails done. She did so good. Literally so smooth and clean, she really paid attention to detail.

Poor customer service, they pick and choose who they want to help, and they aren’t very friendly. They close at 7pm and wouldn’t let me make an appt. at 6pm for a pedicure. My
friend has also had multiple issues with their service and attitudes. Lost two customers. It also smells in there!

Terrible service. Rushed and did not take time at all. This is the reason people do their own nails. Almost as if she wanted me to comeback sooner. No regard for customer choice or appreciation. After attempting to pass off a poorly completed chrome set, she then gave 10 dollars back and continued to paint over the purple in some areas. She didn't even take off the entire purple.Services: Nail extensions
