Stopped In today . Spoke with a manager named Joseph , super nice guy very helpful and informative. So I’m leaving 5 stars for what would be a zero star experience for Verizon as a whole . Joseph actually made me feel a little bad for canceling all my lines and switching to AT&T pre pay because I feel like if I solely worked with him the entire time and not unknowledgeable reps that try to push new lines, upgrades, services I wasn’t there for and no help if not doing any of these things, I would have likely stayed a Verizon customer . Thanks for the help Joseph 5 star manager for sure .

I bought my phone in December with the false information about receiving $300 for new customer but, after months of no email. Plus, I have been in contact with them many times about this issue with customer support saying it’s on the way in an email. Now they have ripped me off! I have a crap phone, horrible speed, and a contract that I’m in for 3 years. I’m so looking into other phone companies!! Buyer beware!!!!

The staff here were very unprofessional. We have a business account and I needed help with one of our phones, and they told me to go to Best Buy for help resetting an iPhone. I questioned how Best Buy could help, but they couldn't when they were the only ones who could verify the phone was, in fact, my property. They just stared at me and told me they couldn't help. This is when the business advisor stepped out from the back of the store and said he could. He told me he would give me a free phone to replace the iPhone because the iPhone could not be unlocked. Wrong, they can, and quite quickly. It took me 5 minutes on the phone with Apple to reset the phone. I'm shocked that the local store isn't aware that this could even be done.
In the end, I got a phone they are now charging me monthly for and added another line to our account that I did not ask for or need.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Sales rep was cocky telling me if I’d come to him he could have me out in 3 min. Then he couldn’t even process my order after driving 30 min to pick up my at home internet once associate on phone told me they had 1.
Horrible experience with this company and do not recommend.

Barbie was the best in assisting us getting my husband a new phone! He recently took an accidental dip into the Pigeon River with his phone on his person. He was distraught because his work contacts are on the phone that got damaged. Barbie was very helpful talking us through our options. She made great points, was very knowledgeable, and talked us through our anxiety. Got us in and out quickly with the phone that my husband is thankful for. Not only is Barbie pretty cool, but she had great earrings too.
