Very misleading. As a customer of Verizon for over 20 yrs this will be the last contract we ever sign with Verizon.
Our next step is trying to get the regional manager involved.

Update as of 1-7-2025: I went there a few days ago because my phone had stopped working entirely. I asked if they could take a look and they asked me "Did you turn it off and back on?", just like 5 years ago, they treated me like I was stupid, and was only interested if money was involved. At that moment I decided to pay off the rest of my Device of what little I still had to pay off and cancel Verizon and went to a different Carrier. I am tired of being treated like I'm stupid and being an inconvenience.

5 years ago (Original Post): I went there over the weekend. My previous phone stopped working so thought I'd see what my options are, let's just say they cared about the money alot more than even helping me and treated me like I was really stupid! I just love the "Did you turn it off and back on?" question, before she continued to treat me like I was stupid. If that's how they treat their Customers, then I'm definitely not going back and will take my business elsewhere. However, If you enjoy being treated like you're stupid, this is the Store to go to. You won't be disappointed with the Treatment, that's a sure thing.

GO TO A CORPORATE STORE THERE IS ONE UP NORTH OFF LIMA RD. This is a franchisee store that doesn’t have to play by any rules. They will tack on extra fees and lie just for the sale. If you want your phone buying experience to feel the same as a car dealership experience, this is the place for you

Great experience with very helpful staff that gave me plenty of tips and were friendly all the way. Charles Hooten was my sales associate who set me up and he took extra time out of his day to help me with every need I had. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting a fair shake at getting a good deal and plenty of help upgrading their phone or other devices. ??

Well where to start. Thank you Hailey for all you did to give us a great buying experience. I love my new galaxy 24 ultra, my fiencè loves her new iPhone 15, and what's more my daughter loves her TCL tablet. The only time I can honestly say buying was fun. So I would strongly recommend this team and will refer many people to come. Call should go in to the bluffton store tell them Tim Dusseau (DOSO) sent you and get your new phone with a huge savings deal it's well worth it and money well spent

I loved my experience here with Hayley the store manager and Hamilton this lovely morning in the rain . Was greated with a cup of coffee , a new phone , and some new friends . 10/10 will keep coming back !

I had an amazing experience here. I came in with my grandma and she was having an issue with her phone and i didn’t know how to fix it and they were very patient and helped her with a smile the whole time. Definitely recommend this store for actual help!!

Whoever the female manager is at this store IS RUDE AS HELL. I went to pick up our watches and she made a comment to the other manager that we had bought and returned watches previously. That SHOULD NOT MATTER IF WE BOUGHT WATCHES 100 times! Furthermore what does it matter if we purchased watches prior and returned them and ordered different ones? That’s NONE OF HER BUSINESS!!! That’s her (their) jobs to greet customers with a smile and be willing to accept any returns without rude comments. And the gentleman that helped us with the ordering of our watches was rude too. I was told by a gentleman named Clark , that if I did not leave a bad review he said he would put screen protectors on our watches just for NOT leaving a bad review! Which that never took place .I DEFINITELY WILL NOT DO BUSINESS THERE ANYMORE. What a sad situation. I even spoke to Verizon customer care about her and they even said she shouldn’t have been rude .People would be SMART TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Charlie H was outstanding tonight! He took 4 hours trying to get my new iPhone15 set up…..well having 20,000 pictures didn’t help! ??♀️ He went over and beyond for my family and I! If your in the market for a new phone or device definitely stop by and ask for Charlie!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
