Joey Linn helped my elderly mother set up her first iPhone. However the Apple ID was created with her name spelled incorrectly and the Apple password recovery number was entered incorrectly. Subsequently she is essentially locked out of her iPhone, and I’ve spent hours with Apple and Verizon trying to fix, and it will take a week or two to recover her account. When I tried to give him follow up so that he can improve service in the future, he became very defensive and blamed me and her for the situation and then abruptly hung up on me.

Purchased a new phone that would drop the carrier and required an airplane mode cycle or occasionally a reboot to correct. It happened a few times a week, and I would never know if it was down unless I checked the signal and saw the X. I took the phone in several times, and each time they tried something and told me not to worry, it was covered under warranty after 4 months and several visits I pushed the replacement only to find out I get a used phone with similar issues. I don't feel like Verizon stands behind their product. I'm not asking for anything special, just what I paid for. I certainly would not recommend Verizon to anyone. My used phone is definitely better than my new phone, but it still doesn't seem right that they my new phone that had a problem out of the box wouldn't qualify for a new replacement. Lesson learned, I'll never purchase a phone from Verizon again when I can get a refurbished phone from Amazon for a fraction of the price with a "replacement warranty" and no contract!

Upsetting to get to the store that is suppose to be open til 7pm and the doors are locked and the workers are standing around talking to each other at 625pm.

Not enough staff. Was never even greeted or put on a waiting list. A total waste of time. Once again Verizon gives poor service.

This used to be a great Verizon dealer but has become an absolute joke. They have screwed up my account ever since I upgraded my account back in March and will not do anything to fix my over charges issue. I signed up for upgraded account service with Jake from this location and he doesn't follow through with follow up problems or fixing his mistakes. Other people I've spoken to at this store said they will put in a ticket with Verizon and get this billing problem resolved and they have done nothing about it in last 2 months. Won't even return my calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people and this store unless you like being lied to and ripped off

The agent told me everyone smoked Marijuana that worked at that location and the waynedale location. Kind of unprofessional.

Charlie H at Verizon on Lima Road surpassed my expectations. I have bern a Verizon Customer for 18 years because of the excellent and consistent customer service Nation wide. Charles surpassed every single other agent I have encountered. When I say Nation-wide, I mean it for I was a Flight Attendant for 35 years and had visited many stores due to my lack of tech skills, due to my own resistance. This guy went way beyond the call of duty !!!! I’m leaving this store totally stoked !!!!!!

Jessica is the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. She makes everything so easy and is always helpful. It’s much better and easier than going to an actual Verizon store. I also own a small business and Jessica is my go to person for anything cellular!

David Rupp helped me upgrade my phone and he made the entire process so easy . He explained everything in great detail and allowed plenty of time for questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone !

We went into Verizon a couple weeks ago feeling totally disappointed with verizon and customer service. Then we were welcomed in by Charlie Hooten. Charlie Hooten was amazing at his job. He's the only person we will go to from now on. Professional, extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, are just a few things I would say he is! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I were more than satisfied leaving that evening. So much so that we didn't cancel service. Instead, added another line. Go see him if you want taken care of! I would recommend him over and over!
