Couldn’t get a wave could not get a head nod from the representative today. I had my daughter with me and we weren’t even acknowledged as people in the store. After waiting seven minutes which felt like forever, we decided to leave or we would get acknowledged. We took our business to T-Mobile, which was not my first choice. All we wanted was Wi-Fi service for our home. Which we received from T-Mobile. You can see the Maysville Road T-Mobile review I left which is five stars for Jaden the T-Mobile representative. You either need more staff or staff that can handle more than one individual or at least acknowledge when people walk in the store. All I needed was one second I’ll be right with you or thank you for coming in today. I’m with somebody just one second please. He looked right at me twice and didn’t even acknowledge us in anyway. Failure

Wonderful visit to Verizon today jay has given me the best service I’ve ever got at Verizon I highly recommend talking to jay. I’ve been at all ftwayne Verizon and this is the best chapel ridge or New Haven ask for jay for best service.i think I would have left Verizon if it weren’t for jay!?
