“Originally started coming here in 1994 with my first Siberian husky for 15 years. We continued with our Shih Tzu that we had for 20 years. Now we have an Aussie doodle and couldn’t be happier. That should tell the story of how good and how well we feel about Veterinary Services.”

“Great place to get my fur babies vaccines and way cheaper than my vets office! My vets office wanted $90 for a 1 year rabies with exam. At Humane I paid $70 for the 1 year rabies, DHLPP, Heartworm test (it was negative) and the exam!”
“Excellent staff, both Veterinarians and assistants. Very friendly and can take care of almost any pet and any conditions. They love on your pets and are very gentle with them.
In the unfortunate circumstances of needing a pet put down, they are very understanding and supportive, they take all the time you need, they will take final pictures of you and your loved pet. They are very good at making a hard situation as comfortable as possible.

“I had been bringing my Matilda here since she was born. Dr.Dass is amazing! When she was diagnosed with pyometra the Dr. called to checkon her and sent us a sympathy card when she passed. The techs are iffy at times some seem to care others not so much just my opinion though.”

“I switched to this veterinarian after my previous vet moved out of the area. All of my animals are exotic, which can make it a bit more difficult to find a Vet who is comfortable and knowledgeable enough to work with them. Dr. Parker has been seriously amazing with all of them, from my guinea pigs to my reptiles, and is also just a pleasure to interact with. She has a calming presence and is logical about options and risks, which I greatly appreciate. I have been through multiple surgeries and procedures and also unfortunately, a loss of a pet with this office and they have been great through it all. The vet techs are all kind and good at their jobs, and the front end staff always gets me in asap if needed. Would recommend to anyone needing good service, especially for exotic pets.”
“I brought my GSD to Pine Valley when our other vet was failing to adequately help us with her allergies and hip condition. DR Ealing was a amazing...Gave me advice that was dearly needed for the well being of my sweet girl. We were only a patient for a few years bc it was near the end of my baby girls life, but this clinic, doctors, techs, and staff loved us well and saw us through a lot!! Forever greatful for their professional ism and care!!”

“Today I really want to give a shout-out to the staff and service at Allen Vet Hospital. This is the second time I had to seek urgent treatment for my dog. I am amazed that I could not find a vet clinic that takes walk-ins. Thankfully the staff at New Haven Hospital was kind enough to tell me to try Allen Vet Hospital and I have no regrets. The facility was clean, the staff was really friendly, the service was great, and the bill was unexpectedly reasonable. In the last episode I had no choice but to go to the Emergency Hospital and that really dented my pocket after waiting for hours. It might have just been my lucky day but I had about a 15 min wait if so much at Allen today. I believe in giving credit where credit is due so today I applaud Allen Vet Hospital over by Waynedale. (They have a new address on Mill Run Rd).”

So I communicated this with the vet ahead of time and they did an amazing job letting me know pricing step by step. The vet and nurse were wonderful and im definitely going to be taking my kitty back! They did a eye scratch test and diagnosed her with a eye respiratory infection. Thanks so much!”
