I switched from a different pharmacy to Walgreens because the other pharmacy stopped taking my insurance. I had to get prescriptions filled and it took about an hour and a half from the time the prescription was received at the pharmacy until I had it. The previous pharmacy by the time I drove 5-10 minutes down the road, they already had it filled. However, Walgreens staff was great at explaining how to take the meds what to watch for etc.

Very pleased with recent visit to a Walgreens Store. Needing help finding something I wanted in the store I found a smiling and very courteous employee who quickly helped me. The employee had a winning personality.
I had a very pleasing shopping experience and left the store with exactly what I had come to get.

Ordered a 1 hour photo print and when I got there to pick it up (5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready) I get an email saying it’s been delayed. I call and get put on hold by one girl to check on how long and another girl gets on the phone and didn’t even know I had already been talked to. She proceeds to tell me that they’re busy and it’ll be 10-30 minutes or more until my order is ready.

i went in here to buy a few things, one of them being alcohol (im 22 years old) and i had my 17 yr old brother with me. the worker refused to sell me the alcohol all because he seen my brother in the same aisle as the alcohol… but he was getting a thing of sprite… which was in the same aisle…. acting like i can’t just drive to kroger across the street to buy the alcohol and they’ll willingly sell it to me even tho i have someone underage with me!

The pharmacy is only open from 10 AM to 6 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday. This is not doable for people who actually have jobs. No wonder the store is always empty. When I have searched around at other Walgreens, The pharmacies are open seven days a week. What in the world is going on with my favorite Walgreens. Are they getting ready to close as there’s many empty spots on shelves? I like to know.

It is unacceptable for a pharmacy not to be open the hours it posts. The sign says it’s closed today during normal hours. People who need medication‘s sometimes need them right away. I’ve never seen this before and hopefully not in the future. Very dissapointed.

If you get any schedule 2 drugs filled at this pharmacy Fort Wayne in always count your pills when you get them. My husband has cancer and 3 times in one year that we know of they shorted him. Once 30 , twice 50. Probably more because we just started getting suspicious because he kept coming up short. They charged us for the full prescriptions price of course but shorted us 3 times that we know of. Each time it's a hassle going back getting corporate involved. This time we filed with the attorney general's office'. Something is off at this location too many are missing for it to be an accident every time. So it's best to count them. Maybe even audit the tapes and counts. Once may be an accident but this many it seems doubtful.

Had to fill a prescription for pain for meds after surgery. Twice went to this location and they said come back. Second time they a said it was delayed, and to come back in an hour. They lied!! Since in such pain decided to try again about an half hour later (now 1.5 hours later). Rolled up to the window to find out if it was done. And instead found out they had taken a lunch, but they said nothing about that. Now I'm in terrible pain waiting for them to finish their lunch to get my meds. Terrible customer service!!Get your prescription anywhere else but here.

I went in with my mom on Monday, October 31 so she could get her flu shot. The wait was well beyond 20 minutes at the front window. When it was our turn at the window, the lady said we have to go to the other window around the corner. So we went there and the guy that was there didn’t even greet us for a good 5 minutes. He then asked, “How can I help you?” So I explained to him that I made an appointment for my mom to get her flu shot. He directed us to a different window. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to greet us at that window. And the lady there was really rude. She just kept glaring at us as I was explaining to her the situation as to why my mom and I are there. She looked up my mom’s insurance information on the computer and told us that her insurance won’t cover her flu shot. We waited over 30 minutes for that message. The people we interacted with was very unprofessional. I understand it gets busy, so they have a lot of things to take care of. But, the least they can do is just be nice. There’s no need to be rude and impatient.
