Was once a great Walgreens, now is a shell of what it once was.
The pharmacy is extremely slow, and on top of it, there is one particular person back there who comes across as very annoyed and rude to customers, as if its their fault the service is slow.
Going inside is just as long of a wait as going through the drive thru. Staff seems to be very discouraged when its time to do their job.

A person who I personally know was trying to get a prescription filled because of a personal reason. Do to The holiday we had to go out of our way to only get the News that we were not going to get it filled at all. I personally overheard the employee statement that they were Red Flagged in the State System for Medical records and they were lower than expected in certain meds protocol.
This personally tells me that at the One location almost All of the script's where low. This is not what I call safe to overheard the med's stock was too low.
We now had to go through the holiday weekend without the proper medication Big disappointment.

Extremely slow service. They need to change something for the better. Cars are wrapped around the building at all times of the day. We have been coming here for twenty plus years, and the service has only become slower and less tolerable. What was once a semi enjoyable experience has now become a hindrance and burdensome.

I have never had one prescription filled and ready when I have come to pick it up. And today, I have to wait an hour for them to fill it. Last week it was 20 minutes. This location needs to get its act together. The girl at the window, in her unbothered tone, said they must not have called in the prescription when I said they did. I was there when they called it in. Amazon is souch easier to deal with and after today, I will go right back to using them.

I have always thought this location is great and convenient. Yes they are busy and things make take a while, but they’re the only 24 hour pharmacy in town. they work hard and have always been helpful, especially when I want to use RX coupons, or when my insurance switched over, and i’ve been going to this location for 6 years. Tonight I had a wonderful interaction with a pharmacy tech named Teri, she was kind, polite, and helpful even when they were extremely busy and my coupons weren’t working. Be kind to service workers, they’re doing their best!

Every time it’s time for me to get my prescriptions, which have been the exact same for a year, non ending refills, especially for my heart medication, they always have a whole lot of reasons not to have it ready. Every single month I sign up for automatic refills in person. Just for the following month not to be refilled and do it again. This has caused me to call a few days prior. I’ve used the automated system over phone. It says I’m supposed to be able to pick it up in a few days at a certain time. Just for me to arrive at that time and the associates gas light me. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ll speak to a real person. Show up to pick them up, and guess what, they still aren’t ready. Every. Single. Month. The turn over rate is crazy too, and that’s probably why no one can do their job. All the workers are grouchy and it’s not even their meds that they’re messing up.

I've written probably 3 reviews in my life. This is the only one where I've felt compelled to warn people to stay away. Communication is terrible there and when I had to cancel a prescription due to this, they said it's "not their fault" they told me the wrong information. When canceled, they also failed to notify my doctor, so I couldn't even have the prescription filled somewhere else. That's probably "not their fault" too, right?
Do yourself a favor and seek a place with a bit of professionalism. Ideally, a local pharmacy.

Closed on SAT &SUN. I worry about the children coming from walkin clinics having to wait until Monday for Meds. Sad.

The lady working tge drivethru on 02/14/2024 at 8:20pm has a horrid customer service, it almost seemed to be a bother to do HER job, wish there was another walgreens open 24hr or another pharmacy at this point.
