Everytime i come to the pharmacy there is an issue and they wont explain it properly so i can fix the issue they say they are missing something but wont explain what that is!! I would give 0 stars to the pharmacy only. Regular register was nice and very helpful!

Went into Walgreens store, told them that I had placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:50AM. I went in at 4:00 4PM and they said that they had no order for me. I gave them my name and they stated that it must have been placed at another store. I apologized for the error, left the store and tried calling another Walgreens who looked up my order and found out that it was in fact this store. The employees couldn’t have cared less and zero compensation. Next time try CVS Photo instead of Walgreens Photo.

above and beyond exceptional customer service all the way around! the pharmacy tech are phenomenal and help you any way they can and make you feel welcome. the cashiers are always smiling and welcoming you in the store and when you leave the store very friendly would never change my Walgreens for another!

I have a medication that I have to call in directly to have filled because it’s a scheduled substance. I shouldn’t have to wait over an HOUR to talk to someone at the pharmacy. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

My prescription was late yesterday from the dentist office, but they don't open till 10am.I called first thing it's now 1:15 pm and they still don't have my prescription ready and I'm in pain.

I get my prescriptions here as well as shopping for various other items. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

So this had to be the worst experience ever in any store, I had just left the Walgreens on state st,I was told this location accepted WIC and they were showing my little girls milk in stock.. so I go in and immediately head towards the baby formula isle,as I scan the shelves that look like a tornado had hit,of course there are no cans of her specialty milk I need.I look over and see a manager and two employees in an isle over, so I walk up and say," sir sorry to interrupt you, but I see your a manager I was wondering if you had a suggestion on what I should do,? My 8 month old little girl has been out of formula for 2 days, she's on neosure and can't drink much of anything else she's going hungry, I don't know what to do what would you suggest milk wise?This manager with a mustache with swirls on each end.. smiles, looks at me chuckles and says "I GUESS JUST SUFFER!!!!I was in complete shock, I just told this man my 8 month old is going hungry and was only asking for advice on milk, due to her specialty formula being out.. I turn and walk towards the door, the man is talking, but the tears rolling from my eyes were to heavy to hear another word that he was saying ...
