The older pharmacy tech is extremely rude and inconsiderate, unsure what she was dealing with but I don't get why she needed to give me her Karen type attitude.

Price gouging on generic antibiotics. Will never return. I called and gave them an opportunity to fix it. They refused.

I had to send this to corporate tonight. (I would like to make a formal complaint about a manager at a local store. Store #6868. The evening manager April was called to make a complaint about one of her night shift employees that was refusing to sell perfume to my cousin I sent there for myself. She refused to look at her and every perfume she would ask for the employee would just tell her, "we will not sell this to you." when asked why she could not sell it she just told my cousin that it's just not for sale. My cousin explained if the young women would look at her maybe she could point to the correct one she was needing. in the end she did not get the perfume an also was unable to deposit money into my chime account due to being treated rudely when she asked for help. I called the evening manager April to speak to her about this situation an she tried to cut me off. I explained I was not finished speaking an to please let me finish. As I continued she listened another 30 seconds then hung up on me. I called back an she hung up on me again. She repeated this 4 more times. I would hope this is not what the trained managers are made to do. I will continue to email, call an write letters until April the manager is reprimanded for her actions. I hope you handle this situation accordingly so that she knows to not treat customers as if they do not matter. thank you)I refuse to let people treat me or mines like garbage an will not very allow it.

On Saturday, June 18th I purchased a $100 00 vanilla mastercard gift card for my husband at Walgreens on state and wells street in fort wayne indiana. This gift card was for my husband's Father's day gift. Sunday June, 20th came around and before he headed out to use it I called the back of the card to confirm the amount of $100.00. The gift card stated it was loaded and ready to be used. He went to spend it at a local hardware store and the card was denied. Upon his arrival home I called the back of the card and it stated there was an issue with the activation and to return the retail store where it was purchased. On Sunday, June 20th I returned to Walgreens and spoke to the manager, Macala. I explained the situation and she was unhelpful and provided me with no customer service. She stated that since I have an activation slip "Walgreens" did everything on their end. Also no refunds could be made however this disclaimer was not pointed out until she referred me to the activation slip. She said that Walgreens has many problems with this particular gift card however they continue to sell them. When I called vanilla mastercard they stated the card had a $0 balance and was used online for a bogus purchase in the amount of a $100.00. I was told they couldn't help me, I had to call back in a week to start an investigation. Needless to say we are middle class working adults and now out of $100. The lady from Walgreens did not attempt to help me in any manner. These gift cards should have a disclaimer on top or near where the gift cards ar purchased.

I had the most RIDICULOUS issues with Doordash tonight after placing an order through the Walgreens app for delivery. The manager of this Walgreens, Christian, helped me for more than an hour to get my issues resolved and made sure I got my order. I cannot possibly say enough nice things about how he handled the situation professionally and took care of everything I needed! Give this man a raise! ?

I made an appointment for my husband and myself to get our covid booster shots. The website only allows one name to be entered at a time. I made my appointment immediately following my husband's appointment. we arrive only to be told that I need to wait a half an hour. That didn't happen at CVS for our first two shots. Gee, do you think our immunization rate might be better if the employees knew how to give customer service? bye bye Walgreens. I'm on my way to CVS.
