not happy with the inconvenient hours they have for the pharmacy. i work at 9am to 6pm and the hours for pharmacy are 10am to 6pm. so i had to take off work or be late to work just to get my prescription filled. Definitely not happy i had to switch to this Walgreens!

Typical Walgreens. Cash & credit card payments accepted. Staff is friendly.
Store is large and not crammed full so you have space to move around. Typically broad selection of cosmetics, toiletries, miscellaneous home & auto needs, snacks and drinks, in addition to their pharmacy.

Their wonderful pharmacist, Kam, and the pharmacy tech’s (especially Melina) are all on point, precise, super friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable! I feel supported by them and they always give my nurse and I the best customer service.

waited at front register and no one working. then a guy guys over the photo and checks out someone there. terrible service
tried this store one more time and again trash service!!! needed to return couple bodywashes i changed my mind on and cashier couldnt figure it out even i jad my receipt. manage with a tag saying shes been here over 20yrs and she couldnt figure it out!!! honestly

Beware! DON'T purchase gift cards from Walgreens. I bought one today and when I scratched off the back to get the code, the last two numbers were faded/illegible. I called customer service and was told I had to take a picture of the card and receipt and email them. It seems like such a hassle and unfair to place the onus on the customer. The same thing happened to me last year. Walgreens needs to stop selling defective gift cards! They also need to make it easier to have the issue resolved. I tried talking to one of the managers. He called his boss and she refused to help me. HORRIBLE customer service! It's obvious Walgreen's doesn't care about their customers.

I love Walgreens convenience and always having stocked shelves!! The one thing I can not get over, though, is their prices!! I understand it's a pharmaceutical convenience store, but it's just to expensive!!! Even with their coupons, it's ridiculous!!

The manager who was on duty was unbelievable!! I made a purchase and after I wanted to load cash onto a prepaid debit card. The cashier got frustrated and called the manager over because I didn't have anything bigger than 5s or 1s. The manager looked at me, looked at the money and said "there's a bank across Ed the street, we don't have time to count this." You're in need of 1s and 5s on your paper sign posted, but you don't have time to count the money I handed to you?? (M1s and 5s) lazy, rude and incompetent

Just left walgreens north Clinton i wanted to load my chime card as usual. I gave the 300 dollars the cashier checked every 20 dollar bill i gave him, mind you ppl were in front me paying for items noone checked their money
