Ive been coming here for years and it never seems to get better. If you're planning on picking up meds anytime past 4 you will be waiting at least 30min or longer, plan accordingly. They probably deleted reviews as well so no doubt this won't be shown

Come to this pharmacy if you want to have your prescription inevitably delayed for days on end with no apparent reason besides that they are too lazy to throw factory packed pills into a plastic bottle in a timely manner.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. Checkout person, Charles, laughed at a customer's circumstances. If you don't like people, don't work in customer service.

Had a Chime reload there and the manager Kim Sexton was extremely rude. I kindly tried to explain that you can do a reload more than once. (I do this every week) and he was extremely rude about it. I feel bad for his employees and anyone else who comes in contact with him. Kim if you see this, Do Better.

...not for pictures. We ordered 20 and got ...17 as "Customer.Customer". Supposedly corrected, but not so.
Back the next day to get the new order and there were 3 left in the printer from yesterday, plus somebody else's pictures in with a new 5x7 order.
Just don't get pictures here. They aren't up to it.

Horrible, medicine was sent in because my husband had surgery and would be in a lot of pain and I called several times and went up there and it was never ready. No one knew why apparently and every time I asked what was going on I was met with indifference. You are a PHARMACY to get peoples medicines out, 5+ hours and COUNTING for meds is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even be mad at it taking so long if the employees showed empathy or care at all. Do not send your prescription if you need it within the same 12 hours.

Do not get your prescription filled here. Ive been using this store for over 10 years and it just gets worse. They never have my prescription when I order it online and it says call them. I call and they just say the don't have it and can't tell me when it will be in. They cancel my order without me knowing about it so I have to keep checking the app to reorder. I only have a 30 day supply and can't reorder till 28 days later. They make me wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it in each time. It's a common prescription. I'm done with this store and now will drive farther just to get my stuff on time.

I am sick and tired of having to wait 5-7 days just to get a scrip filled because most meds are now off site. Further, a lot of the pharmacy help is rude and down right aggressive. I just experienced it again.

Was told confidently that my insurance was canceled, so naturally I panicked and called my insurance to check, and they said that Walgreens had been doing this all day… telling people their insurance was canceled when it really wasn’t because the prescriptions wouldn’t go through. Called a second time to see if they’d process my prescription now that I called my insurance to confirm and they told me they wouldn’t be able to and I’d have to keep calling back until I can get it filled, and I’m on serious medications you can’t just stop cold turkey and I’d already been without them for a handful of days because my auto refill of it just stopped and didn’t notify me. I called and before I could even explain what my issue was they cut me off and blurted out, “name and birthday?” To which I was like dang i was giving you important info now I have to start telling you all over again because of Isabella’s short fuse. And while she was continuing to be short and cold with me, I finally got upset and rude back, to which she asked “what makes you think you can treat me this way?” And I explained all I was doing was matching the energy she was giving me. Then I asked for her name and to speak to the manager, to which she refused and transferred me immediately and ended the call on her end suddenly. I tried talking to her manager but it was the same deal, short, rude, and robotic and coming to her defense without considering anything I even said, but he did give me her name. And after that it magically was filled. I get that pharmacists are overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated, which is why every time I come in I try to be as nice as humanly possible to them because I get it, your job sucks and it’s thankless, but does that mean you have to take it out on the people who have no choice where they get their medicine? Won’t recommend the pharmacy to my worst enemy. The actual store is pretty nice though. Nothing but friendly staff on that front.

Only 24 hour pharmacy location in the city. Clean, well kept store, helpful staff. Adequate parking, wheelchair accessible.
