Only 24 hour pharmacy location in the city. Clean, well kept store, helpful staff. Adequate parking, wheelchair accessible.

I took a prescription in for filling about 8:30p.m and it was filled within, 1/2 hour. Much but service than I'm used to. Thank you Walgreens.

Super disappointed in the customer service I received. Placed an order due to the convenience of having curbside pickup. When I arrived curbside was no longer an option only to go into store. I called the store to see if they could make a one time exception for me since I had my toddlers in the car sleeping and can’t carry both into the store. Person who picked up the phone said the manger would bring it out. After 12 mins of waiting he finally comes out and starts scowling me saying “for future reference they can’t bring orders out to me,especially if I clicked I’m at the photo booth” he didn’t even let me say anything back . Super unprofessional. Like I’ve mentioned I would of walked into the store and bought my items if I didn’t have my kids asleep in the car . I was not going to leave them alone . I was just using the tools that Walgreens offers it’s customers. I work in customer service myself and we love going above and beyond for our customers . Wish Walgreens did the same.

The women at checkout was very nice, however the manager was incredibly rude and condescending when the cashier asked for assistance in completing my transaction. If you don't know how to speak to customers with respect, then you shouldn't be managing a retail location. From the way he treated the cashier, it doesn't sound like he treats the employees with respect either. It's no wonder that location constantly has help wanted signs posted

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pickup for 6 items, and I waited the 30 mins it estimated for the wait. I went into the store to check up on the order, just to see if something went wrong. It turns out that the employee on shift was too busy talking to another employee and never even saw the order at all. She was very rude about it and said I shouldn't have walked into the store until the email said my order was ready, when in reality after 30 mins she never even saw the order at all! If I didn't come in she would have never saw it and I could have been waiting for hours. On top of that, she ignored my special instructions on the order, and I didn't get what I asked for. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't want to come back. The employee was very rude and acted annoyed with me.

I’ve been a customer for over 30 years but after the first of the year, I am gone. The wait times on prescriptions has fallen to 4/5 hour wait times to get prescriptions filled, no matter where they’re from, how they got there, or what it’s for. A month or so ago, they handed my prescriptions out the door to some other individual, then treated me like I was the problem in the equation. Well of course: It’s not like my full name, date of birth, all my insurance info, my phone number, pertinent other info & my full address were plastered all over those prescriptions they handed off. My prescriptions are free, so I won’t be surprised when my other prescriptions start to disappear on a regular basis. I’ve already been through this with a Walgreens in Indianapolis who had been illegally filling rx’s under my name a few years ago, but I stuck it out because I really didn’t want to leave. But obviously, I can pretty much go anywhere & get better service, customer service & a pharmacy that doesn’t treat it’s patients like they don’t matter anymore.Update: It’s been 4.5 hours now…been sitting in this drive-thru for at least 10 minutes & neither car in front of me & neither has moved an inch—watch them tell me it still isn’t ready. ?

This review is based purely on the experiences that I have had in their pharmacy.First, when I initially started using Walgreens as my pharmacy, the cost of my prescription, Adderall XR, went from $20 to $70. A 50 dollar jump.Second, on two separate but consecutive occasions, I have called in to check on my prescription and was told that there was no prescription for me. On the first occasion that this happened, I called my doctor's office and they sorted it out. This most recent time I have simply switched back to my old pharmacy. I do not have the time to deal with a pharmacy that charges me far more than other phaacies AND does not keep track of when I am due for a refill. The only mitigating factor was that all of the pharmacists that I interacted with at this location were all incredibly helpful and friendly. My recommendation is to switch you prescription to Costco and save yourself time and money. My Costco membership will have full paid for itself in two months based on my savings alone.

I usually have a pleasant shopping trip here at this location, but today I had 2 questions for the tech in the pharmacy (young girl w/ long blonde hair in a relaxed bun) & she was unprofessional answering me (as well as the lady before me) w/ numerous sighs & looks like I was inconveniencing her whole day, demeaning me w/ "go to our website" & "it's right there (on the shelf)". Look, I'm a dasher & I'm not off-duty. I'm working too! Also, the small, older lady w/ glasses must have been having an unpleasant day as well, making sure the other customers in line heard her say to me "If You're A DoorDasher, You Don't Get Points!" Look, I don't need points, or your condescending "make me feel bad" comments. I'm a mom trying to pickup a part time job that relies on tips for my son & I. I am so upset w/ this location that I'm crying. I hope the manager sees this.Note from son: Hi, this is Ayden. My mother is a nice lady, having a good day. From what she's told me, those two ladies had no right to insult her so many times and make her cry in front of me. If either of them see this, burn in Hell. Goodbye.

For whatever reason it says "Open 24 hrs", and I'm standing outside this location right now and it's closed. So that's super misleading. ?

I like that it's open 24/7 I believe, & I always think these places are a little overpriced but not enough to care too much. Staff is always nice and there's a redbox out front to check out
