I went shopping and had a cart full of groceries and when I went and scanned all my groceries and clicked pay it said only cash. No sign no nothing. I asked the worker and said it says it in the screen. After I scanned and hit pay. I left that shit there and let them put all that shit away. Do not shop here. They are rude and don't care.

I have no problem with this Walmart. Anytime we come to Fort Wayne, In we stop at this Walmart. But today was super exciting because I was surprised to see to PS5s at this location! So if y'all need a PS5 there's only two left. I give this location a 5 because everywhere else PS5s are sold out. I also picked up some oil for my car. Very fast check out process

Recently, there was a certain item my family sought to purchase. We were calling various stores, including this Walmart location. The customer service woman, who was the same person with whom I spoke every call, started very cordially. She sent my call to the appropriate department where no one answered. So, I bounced back. She tried a couple more times getting the same result. Eventually, she just dropped my call. I called back several times to have her simply hang up on me. This was followed by my calls simply being disconnected. So, my wife tried several times on a different number only to be hung up on as well -- the woman seemed to be adverse to talking about the item we sought. Eventually, we gave up. This is precisely who we do all that is possible to avoid the pit that is this discount retail chain.

Worst Walmart in Fort Wayne, possibly even Indiana. The place is dimly-lit, there are lots of items that are nowhere near where they are supposed to go (for example I saw old deli chicken tenders on the soda shelf) and the whole atmosphere is sketchy and dirty.

Do not ever use a checklane manned by Lenore. You will know her by her gray hair and perpetual scowl. Four visits. She adds things to order that you asked to be omitted and sends you to service desk to fix it. She complains constantly and uses profanity. She fails to used special pricing. She is surly and never had a pleasant greeting or thank you. Her face might break if she smiled.

Don't go on weekends. Their shelves are bare. Went tonight (Saturday) to get a couple things and there were only 5 kinds of candy... for a whole isle! Only 2 packs of Vitamin water left. It's like this every weekend.

I mean, it's Walmart... Don't go into it expecting it to be something it's not. I've never had any serious issues with this Walmart. It's extremely large, and (pre-covid19, anyway) what I need has almost never been out of stock. The exception is certain fresh items like cilantro or parsley. And, speaking of fresh items, another problem is that their spinach tends to rot too quickly. I prefer Fresh Thyme for fresh items. Always cheaper, overall, than the other grocery stores. (As in it's cheaper to do ALL your shopping there than to do ALL your shopping at another grocery store. On occasion, Kroger/etc. might sell some particular pantry item for less than Walmart sells it for, and fresh things are surprisingly cheap at Fresh Thyme.) Obviously a store like this will be quite busy during peak shopping hours, so it's worth it to plan your trip accordingly. Tons of self-check out kiosks. Also has a futuristic tube thingie (and lockers) from which you can pick up items that you ordered online. Felt like I was in The Jetsons. The future is here.

This is by far the worst Walmart I've ever been in........ Something should have told me when the place was not busy. As I checked out a young cashier working the self check out area was VERY rude and obviously had some sort of attitude. Customers don't need this. I will keep her name off here as I already called in to report her actions. Come on Walmart this store needs attention..........

Customer service is garbage and a joke. If you order any big items that don't fit in the pickup kiosk expect to stand around for 20 minutes for an employee to help. Even after I requested help through the kiosk no one showed for a while. The only reason I'm picking anything up is for my mom, other than that I go out of my way to go to Kroger or target. Update: I stood around for over an hour and the employee that was supposed to help get "distracted" with something else and went to do that instead

I'm currently standing in the electronics hearing the phone ring off the hook. NONSTOP employees are standing around acting oblivious to a ringing phone and one employee is standing right beside the phone helping what seems to be friends or family. Even witnesses said employee pick up the phone press a button and put it back down with no words spoken. The phone has gone through two ringing cycles AS IM TYPING THIS. And it just went off again...let's see if one of them answers(3 employees here now)......guess what, nobody answered it. LOL can't imagine how anything gets done in this store. Will be continuing my shopping at Kroger where it seems the employees want to be there

I bought a bike here in October of last year and it was defective I've had to replace The innertube four times at a cost of $27 each time. I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked him if I could do an even exchange and he told me absolutely not that there was a 90 day return policy. There is no sign anywhere in the store that says there is a 90 day return policy no employee in the store told me about a 90 day return policy the cashier did not tell me about a 90 day return policy and there was nothing on the receipt that says about a 90 day return policy. What's really funny is that I bought the same bike at a Walmart in Miami and had it for three years with no issues and then gave it to a little boy so that he could use it and he still has it. I was very disappointed in how this was handled I would not recommend going to this Walmart. Go to any other Walmart but this one.

Any Walmart but this Walmart. We needed a CSM for approval on a coupon. On an $78.00 order. She said there were 3 CSMs available but no one came. After more than 10 minutes the cashier headed up to the service.desk area. Another 10onutes and I just asked for my coupons back and left. The cashier tried really hard but management would not support her. Worst Walmart ever.

Our "go-to" Walmart in town. Always have what we are looking for, unlike some other stores which seem to have more limited selections. Love their bonsais! WIN!

They have everything you need, or at least a knock off brand, but with 30 registers, why only have 3 open? Lines are too long, cashiers are over worked so going slow, and my ice cream is melting. Also, Walmarts in general should all be laid out the same. When you're used to one, and stop by another on the way home, you shouldn't have to buy a map just to grab something quickly. All in all, a 3 star joint for availability of products and price, but only 3 due to the hassle you have to go through to get those things.
