My wife went to Walmart today and she just walked out leaving her items at the u scan, because no one would assist her when her oranges scanned has bananas. After waiting about 7 minutes she left. It seems like no cares at Walmart...or the associates are just so dumb they don't understand. It's sad! She went to Meijer and had a wonderful experience. To you Walmart

I recently went to this location for service at their tire center. I had purchased tires from here along with their road hazard warranty and lifetime balance and rotation and went to this location for tire maintenance to get them rotated and a slow leak in one of my tires fixed. I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and there was about 10 cars lined up for service. I patiently waited in line and checked in with one of the associates to get the work performed. I was told an hour to an hour and a half to get the work done. There was no waiting area so I decided to do some shopping. I received a call and they asked me to come back to service center. They informed me that the work I wanted performed couldn't be done because tires were to worn and wearing unevenly like I had an alignment issue. I explained to them that I have always gotten alignment when purchasing tires and get an alignment check every 6 months to a year. I really didn't appreciate the fact that I was there an hour waiting when they could have easily checked tread depth at the time they checked me in. Needless to say I ended up having to buy new tires from here and the only reason I did was because i was already waiting, and they pro-rated they tires because they wore out about 24,000 miles before the manufacturers mileage warranty. I would avoid this place like the plague. They always have an excuse and never take responsibility for anything. On a previous visit to a different location a tech used the wrong size socket on my lugs and marred them up rounding a few of them and had to be replaced. They failed to take responsibility for it. My tires wore badly because they were closed for months and couldn't get maintenance done. They took no responsibility. Walmart doesn't care about you after they have gotten your money. Why else would they close all but one location in a county with over 300,000 residents and cut the hours of operation from 12 to 6, then putting appointments for new tires over the customers returning for maintenance. They never took appointments before this, it was always first come first served. They won't let you make an appointment for tire maintenance. Everything was just a hassle. Hope this helps you make an informed decision.

My buddies and I were going through the self checkout. An employee came to supervise our self checkout, because we were a few teen boys with spray paint. She, not-jokingly, said she didn't want to see it on her car. She was very judgemental and assumed we were bad people.

I placed a grocery pick up order about 30 hours in advance. When the time came to be notified that the order was ready, nothing. It took almost an hour for them to notify me via the app that the order was delayed. After an hour and a half, I call customer service for the grocery pick up dept. and the twit there couldn't even tell me any info about my order! He said that they were experience a heavy amount of orders and may have canceled my order! I have just about given up on shopping at Walmart and will become a customer of Meijer's once again.

Literally at least 10 different employees have passed by and looked at me at the customer service desk. Not one said anything to me. And the manager with an ear piece whipped his phone right out in front of me to text. Over it. Too many self checkouts to avoid interaction with customers, but when it comes time to actually engage, everyone acts like I'm the plague. Target, here I come!!

The Tire Center is an absolute joke! Open at 7?? Why is the door still locked and nobody around at 7:20? After walking all the way around the building and grabbing some random "associate", it was going to be a 2 hour wait for 1 tire??? WTF! Should know better than going to get a tire at a place that sells eggs and Women's underwear!

I had the most pleasant Walmart experience of my life today. I went hiking before work on Thursday morning. I needed a few things. Rion and the other wonderful staff here at Walmart help me pick out each thing individually based on the area of the merchandise. I didn't wanna fool around with looking for everything so I did ask for help and they DID HAVE answers. 10/10 Doctors, Laywers and Articects would reccomend this store.

I have visited Walmarts all over the country, and this Walmart has the dumbest rules that I have ever been to. When I went to check out with my mother, who had purchased some wine, they wanted to ID both of us. My mom had her wallet, and they IDed her. Then they asked me for my ID. I have multiple problems with this because: A I was not purchasing the wine - my mom was. B. My mom got the wine. I didn't. C. My wallet was in the car. Did they let my mom get the wine? No! Why not? They claimed BOTH of us had to have proof that we are over 21 because - horror of horrors - I would be riding in the same car as hers (so what) and I might touch the wine (oh, how absolutely terrible to have a person touch a bottle of wine). We have gone shopping together at lots of other stores in Indiana (We have lived here for over 21 years, and this was the first time that any store wanted to ID both of us when only 1 of us is buying the groceries. If this Walmart is going to be making up rules that ruins their own business (after all, they are losing money by not letting people purchase items), they should at least post their stupid rules so everyone knows about them. I do a lot of grocery shopping on my own, and if I can help it, I'll never go shopping at this Walmart again because of their utterly stupid rules about purchasing wine.

So i was a little quick to judge walmart on the condition of the store, the new layout is looking better than before but there still issues remaining 1. Pharmacy - they have restored the line so it now looks usable. 2. Medical Section - Isles are still difficult to move through 3. Frozen Food - stuff is better organized but more work needs done still 4. Dairy - no change, still clustered around in odd places. 5. Soda Section - Placement is okay now 6. Snack Section - everything is still mixed around randomly 7. Electronics - still a few dead end isles, employees standing around yapping away! 8. Clearance Section - Still poorly thought out and horribly organized. Please fix this store!

This is the place to be in Fort Wayne... Seriously everyone shops here since its a Superstore. I think my brother and I spent a good five hours in a span of two days here not due to uncertainty of what to buy but due to its size! Where else can you buy up to 100 pieces of fried chicken and two dozen count toilet paper... Only at Walmart
