I had a pick up order. I paid online for my pickup order. Walmart texted me it was ready for pickup. I waited over 45 minutes while your customer service employees did Everything but help me. There were 4 of them. Utterly ridiculous and I won't be back. I know nobody gives a crap anymore, but this Is Not how you treat people

There is a male janitor here that not once but three times walked into the women’s bathroom unannounced. In a completely different incident after my first complaint he walked in on me again (regular at this Walmart). It made me extremely uncomfortable as I was standing at the sink cleaning myself up a little. I think it’s unbelievable that this Walmart could care less about the safety of their female customers. Imagine I had been changing my daughter or something! Stay safe and watch your women around this place

I understand that the people standing at the doors have a job to do and check people's receipts I get it, but when you stand there and watch me check out with receipt in hand and stop me at the door and go through every bag I have as others walk by I have a real problem with that. When I asked why she said the girl had the checkout which I went through self check out said I got multiple items of packaged lunch meat and wanted to make sure that I paid for all of them. They actually took them out of the bag and counted everyone of them. Surprise I PAID FOR EVERY DAMN ONE OF THEM. I'M NOT A THIEF AND WORK HARD FOR ME MONEY

Don’t do online order pickup. You’ll end up waiting 2 hours it’s absolutely ridiculous. They should not let so many people order in the same time slots if they don’t have enough employees to run the orders out
