The store is typically a mess shelves aren't stocked right and prices aren't correct also don't plan on buying anything behind a glass case they won't come to unlock it for u apparently those items are only for viewing purposes idk why they stock em if u can get them

A shining example of a location that is understaffed and underpaid. Lets deliveries fall to the wayside and not assign drivers to orders even eight hours after the fact. No sense of honesty or transparency, which isn't surprising from a major company. But if your location is doing so poorly that they can't fulfill one of their features, then honestly they shouldn't have it. Fine in person, subpar in every other aspect. Never doing delivery or Walmart+ again.

I placed a order off approximately $80.00. For delivery was told it was delivered only had a 2 little off coke and cookies the order was for William I called the store and let them know. They said the app said it was delivered.i explain to them not my order and told them to look at the picture odd delivery they said they will deliver againe this was on 2/13. Today is 2/15 I. Called.they keep saying it was delivered. So I'm out off 80.00.

Ordered my food at 7am -9am and food was delayed I called at 12 and they said they couldn’t do anything about it but I can’t come pick it up which I wasn’t gonna do because I paid for my food to be here at that time they said they could not get me a driver I ordered from Walmart all the time and never have a issue it’s always a issue at Hell Town Walmart.

This place is a joke. I stood in automotive for over a half hour waiting for someone to open the case for me to get a $11 headlight bulb. When the guy came back (he said his name was "coach Corey") he was very unprofessional and rude. He told me "if you would have went to another department and hit the service button you wouldn't be waiting so long". Well my bad that I don't work there and know where I "should" go do YOUR job at. If he treats his workers the way he treats his customers then I feel very sorry for them. He should not be in the position he is in by any means. He needs to go back to training for customer service skills for sure. I will never stop at this Walmart again. I am also cancelling my Walmart+ account over this interaction.

This is the worst Walmart in NE Indiana. We tried to exchange boxes of diapers, the lady behind the counter at customer service started shaking her head the second we pulled up with our cart. First, she tried to tell us they wouldn't touch them unless we had receipts (no one gives you receipts at diaper parties lol) then they told us if we only had a couple they would help us. We had maybe 6 bigger boxes and 6 or 7 smaller packages. The 3 other employees standing in there talking not doing a single thing were useless as well. Everyone in their customer service was extremely condescending and lazy. We ended up at the Decatur Walmart and had 0 issues with our exchange. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Store employees (managers) especially TuTu very disrespectful and belittling I was yelled at and taunted in front of the entire store over something ringing up the wrong price and they did not let me purchase the item at the displayed price store lead Cynthia i would really appreciate it if you would reach out to me to resolve this issue
