The store in general is great! BUT THE AUTO CARE CENTER IS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! They do not explain you things, they by pass you and don’t even pay attention to you or acknowledge you are there. I had to wait almost two hours for my battery to be installed and they did not even tell me it was because I ordered the wrong one and this is why it was taking this long. It was a bad experience, I hope they fix it.

Do not let them touch your car! Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else. The auto care is a joke. I scheduled an appointment for my oil to be changed and had to wait half an hour just to talk to someone. After that they took an extra two hours to actually change the oil. I went home and oil was leaking everywhere. I took it back and they tried convincing me I had an oil leak before I took it in. I’ve had it for over a year and it’s never leaked. Fast forward an extra 2 hours they check the car and they can’t find where the oil was leaking from. These scammers tried to tell me it was fine a take it to another place if you think something’s wrong. I firmly explained that they were the ones responsible and they probably over filled it with oil. They kept denying. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t go to this dump.

Large store clean and stocked. Love that I can order online and drive up and pick-up my order. At least e6 spots for pick-ip.and usually filled!

I made an appointment for an oil change. After an hour of waiting, we went to the desk to get a status on the oil change. The oil change was not started. They found our keys on a random table in the back. They said they confused our black equinox for a white equinox. With that level of incompetence, I am glad nobody touched my car. But that is an hour I’ll never get back. I’ll never return and I’ll never recommend Walmart to anyone.

Easy to get in and out of. gas station doesn't make you pay for your gas first .friendly workers clean well kept store totally different from the one out South.

I Don't understand how you can remodel a store and it is now worse. There seems to be less stuff, especially what you are looking for. Went in to grab some gloves since it is January and 9 degrees out. Not a single pair of winter gloves. I could have bought all the spring graden implements I needed. The brain trust at Walmart needs to wise up. The staff are the most unhelpful people ever. They truly look like they hate their job and will go above and beyond avoiding helping anyone. I find myself standing in walmart and ordering what I need on Amazon, because they don't have it.
