We had a problem at the self checkout. An associate of walmarts took 5 or 6 minutes to get the problem fixed. After that everything went fine. Thank you walmart associate.

Refuses to update their systems to allow you to do tap to pay just because they don't want to pay Apple pay fees when not everybody has Apple pay its gross and just sad when Dollar General the cheapest crappiest store in the world has tap to pay at every store but Walmart refuses to update their systems

I take all the time to do a survey to find out there's only five $1,000 awards available for all the people that use Walmart why did I even bother.

It's very hard to find someone to help you. I end up climbing to get anything I need bc im to short and no employees around to help. Also the employee shoppers block the isle and don't care .I say excuse me. Or mayiget past you and they just continue to look down at their papers and listen to their music on their phones. So they don't have to be bothered by customers. Or 2 employee shoppers will block the isle and you have to literally walk out of that isle and go all the way around 6 the next isle and back down in front of them bc they ARE NOT moving.

The Chapel Ridge Walmart offers a distinct shopping experience compared to other locations. Rather than the bustling, chaotic atmosphere often associated with big-box retailers, this store exudes a quaint, small-town charm. Shoppers may even spot Amish families browsing the aisles, with their horse-drawn buggies parked outside—a unique and memorable sight.
The staff here stand out as friendly and attentive, creating a more welcoming environment than one might expect. The store is well-stocked, generally providing everything you need, though prices can occasionally run higher than anticipated. For fresh produce or meats, however, nearby Kroger stores may be a better option.
In the end, it's still Walmart—but with a refreshing twist.
