I applied for a debt consolidation loan at the State Blvd branch with the loan officer. Almost 10 days go by, no word from the loan officer. I call the branch to find out what's going on. The loan officer 'forgot' to call me back and let me know I've been denied. So many better places to bank. Avoid this place/branch

I would really like to give a thanks to the women at the State Street Branch for the wonderful job they do every day to make all customers feel very comfortable and special every time we visit to do our banking I think they deserve a pat on the back for their wonderful customer relations and a special thanks to Erica the bank manager she greets you with that wonderful smile always. Please continue the great work you do.

I couldn't give no stars like I wanted. Worst banh EVER!!!! Everytime I go there it is some big hassle. Every teller there has a different set of rules and they charge for everything!!!

Does not work with plaid. Does not give you access to your account number even though it says it does. You can only ever get the last 4 digits of the account number. They say they are 24 hour banking through a 888 number but the call center closes at 9p. You are better off finding a different bank! I regret going here!!! ?

They kept calling and checking to see if I had any issues. I didn't at first. Now I got an issue and the local branch says call the customer service number. And they don't know anything! I can deposit into Draftking but I can't withdraw my money because of my bank. It says so on the Ap if it happens the financial institution didn't give them permission. I will be closing my account soon if it isn't fixed!

My personal information was shared by Flagstar Holding Corp. with a 3rd party company Accellion who had a data breach. My SS#, name, DOB and address have been stolen. I haven't had an account w/ Flagstar Holding Corp for 2 years and that acct was sold to them by my previous bank. Credit monitoring is being offered for 2 years when this will be an ID theft concern forever.“Owner” I don’t use either one of those platforms.
