This is the only mechanic that I will trust with my vehicle. I had had several places try to trace down an intermittent issue with the control circuit where the dash wouldn't come on when the key was turned. 2 other shops couldn't solve it, but these guys found an issue in the on-star system that was basically locking the car out. We didn't use on-star anyways so just had them disable it.
Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the years of skill they have in the shop really give me confidence

Absolutely the best ! I had taken my car to Kelly's where I bought it and they couldn't find anything wrong. Then I took it to Shepards in Kendallville, same story. When I took it to Wheelock they found the problem in 2 hrs. I highly recommend them to everyone !

Wheelock auto has always done a goog job for me and they only do what is needed. They do not try and get you to buy services that are not needed. Had another service provider tell me I needed breaks but Wheelock told me while there was some wear I would not need them until the fall, before winter. I came back later in the year and had them done then.

Great place to get your auto repair. The owner and his staff are very qualified to service your vehicle and its problems. There is a waiting time to get your vehicle in to have it worked on but you are always satisfied with the work done

We have been using Jim at Wheelock auto for 10+ years and will not take our vehicles anywhere else! He has done anywhere from a simple headlight repaire to house calls and transmission replacements and sooo much more for us he and his guys are unbeatable!
