Shopping today the one girl at the counter acted like I was bothering her when I asked her 2 separate times about something. It was not busy, only 2 other people in the store and they were in the fitting room. So I went to ask the girl helping in the fitting room for help because the one at the counter doing nothing was being a snob. I love these clothes, but pretty much everytime im in this store the service is terrible. If ya don't like your job , move on. Do better!!!! I usually dont leave reviews when its bad but she was ridiculous. .GLENBROOK MALL, FT WAYNE. IN.

I like the clothes in this store that’s why I return but the staff is always rude I swear they hate their job smh is sad when you just gotta ignore the hostility just to buy something out of this store do better with the people you hire bc I know they have ran a lot of business always

Hearing two employees tell each other “if you obviously can’t fit a dress don’t put it on and break it” in front of all these young lady’s trying homecoming dresses…. That is not how us grown women talk infront of these young lady’s. Come on now.

The worst customer experience I’ve had. Refused to help. Said they could not get the only dress left off the mannequin and replace it with a different color. Another family was asking a question about sizing and the staff looked at the mom then ignored them completely and continued talking as if there was not a store full of paying customers.

I’m not sure this store has even just ONE friendly, helpful, or polite staff member. A friend and I took our teenage daughters to look for prom dresses today, and the woman working the dressing room reprimanded me for using the ‘hook’ myself (because she wasn’t around, and had already not been helpful the entire hour we’d been there already), telling me “Do not do that ever again.” I told her she wasn’t around, and was honestly shocked she would speak in such a threatening tone to a customer. She mumbled something about how she knows she’s just standing there on her phone, but she can help. Then, she proceeded to go tell a co-worker about it, loudly so other customers could hear. So, when we needed a dress in another size, we asked if they had one. Same worker who was rude that I used the hook to retrieve a dress, pointed to where we could get the dress in a different size. We asked if it is down low where we could reach, and she condescendingly told us yes. Good customer service would have led her to actually getting the dress for us, or politely walking us to that area. The cashier up front was also snarky as well. Find a different store to get your prom dress because that is just an awful experience for that special occasion!

My daughter came home in tears after shopping for prom dresses here today. Staff was so rude to her when she asked a question and then continued to talk about how they embarrassed her after she walked away! Staff stood around chatting with each other and showing each other videos on their phone instead of helping customers. Completely worthless.

I went there today around 5-6pm and the lady working the counter forced me to give her my email. When she originally asked I politely declined and she told me I couldn't continue to purchase my items without giving her my email. Clearly she's a liar and has horrible customer service. She had a coworker standing next to her that didn't correct her either. Oh and she then forced me to give her my name first and last to sign me up for stuff I didn't agree to sign up to.

Wife and I have been shopping there awhile. The so called “Manager” has never seen a drivers license with the veteran logo on it and said that doesn’t count for a veteran discount. This was the first time seeing her work there and the first time refused the military discount. Last time we shop there.

My daughter and I traveled a LONG distance, over 2 hours to get to the Windsor store in Fort Wayne Indiana. We had a unique circumstance happen to us that required us to travel quite a distance to exchange a "particular" dress. Let me just say, from the salesperson, Brianna to the district manager Sarah G., I was HIGHLY impressed with their willingness to rectify the situation we were left with here in our local town. Thank you both for going above and beyond for us. Your exemplary customer service will be shared by me and my daughter to anyone inquiring of formal wear stores! We will definitely make the trip to come back to YOUR store for ALL our future special occasion dresses!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!

6:00 pm Wed May 29. I tried on two dress and one I didn’t like so I put it on a rack in the back of the dressing room like I assumed most retail stores are. A young shorter lady in braids chased me down and screamed at me in front of the store at the checkout line to put it back in the sale area. So I went back and grabbed it and put two dresses away then. Super cute clothes, terrible service when stores like Francesca’s/AE/DryGoods exist. I get a bad shift, but I just came from a 12 hr shift and would never act out in that manner.

I always love the clothes I find in the store, however the customer service at this location is horrendous. Multiple times I have tried to exchange damaged items that I have ordered online at a sale price, however the employees normally say they cannot reorder the item for me at the sale price and try to charge me full price. There is only one employee who can actually price match items when I reorder, however all other employees just tell me they can't do it. Terrible customer service.

So the store allows children to buy items, with no indication that their sale items are non-refundable, until they have paid and the receipt prints, and viola, there at the bottom it states this. At this point, it is too late.As a parent that has to return items our kids have purchased, where they are not quite mature enough to know good from bad or that things may not fit once they get home, and have to be told "no we don't refund purchases" is simply crazy. This is the Fort Wayne IN location, and we or our children will never shop there again. Sale was less than 5 days and items still in the bag with tags... we had to issue a chargeback on the credit card. There is a reason online merchants are closing down brick and mortar stores, this type of customer service and merchandising policy is a major contributor.
