We bought a used dryer from Wismans and in just over a month the dryer failed. The salesman was decent and recognized that the dryer was just outside of the month warranty and replaced it, all I had to pay was the delivery charge. Which seemed reasonable. The 2nd dryer lasted about 3 months before it took failed. This time the best they were willing to do was discount delivery by 50%. While these are used machines and come with only a 30 day warranty, it is clear that they are not very concerned with the quality of the products they are selling and putting their name on. There are other used appliance options in Fort Wayne, not sure why I would keep giving them $100s of dollars for machines that don't work longer than a few months and that they themselves are not willing to stand behind. Fool me once, shame on them; fool me twice shame on me. No way, not using Wismans for new or used appliances anymore.

A few time I have had different appliances serviced from here, always a good experience.I bought my speed queen from them, best decision ever. I called yesterday about an error code, they were here the next day to fix it. This washer is such a prized possession and one of the best buys ever, I highly recommend buying from this business! I am so impressed with your customer service. I will make sure to by my other appliances from here in the future. Thank you!

Bought a used washer and dryer and spent a good amount of money and within a month the washer spinner doesn't work and spin my clothes ? I have to ring every single item of clothing out. The dryer knobs came off and you don't even know what setting the dryer is on. Now the dryer panel for knobs completely busted in the back and had no idea. Don't buy any appliances from this place. They are a rip off!!!!

Don't take ur stuff here needed a bearing removed from washer drum. If you take ur own washer apart they won't do any work worthless repair shop was not asking for them to put together just wanted bearing removed

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Sold my son a lemon of a washer but worst of all, ripped off my 82 year old mother. She bought a used washer only comes with a 30 day warranty. She had an issue with water all over the floor. With a straight face and no help from the service manager when I called them, they charged her $140 to drive 10 miles round trip and PUT THE HOSE BACK IN THE DRAIN HOLE. Took a whole 3 seconds. Bad business when you are scamming the elderly ?

We thought my 93 year old Mom needed a new dishwasher. At today's installation, the installer identified a problem that he then fixed. His integrity to tell us we didn't need a new one, made me want to share how well they treated us when we purchased it and then again when we unpurchased it. Product and customer service at its highest!!

Picked out a dryer, great service and I paid the $99 to get it delivered because I have a broken leg. The guys showed up to deliver it and take the old dryer away, heard my dog barking and was aware of my broken leg and when they left, they left my back fence gate open. I let my dog out and immediately noticed the gate was left open, I had no way to shut it as I have a broken leg. I was turned off by the carelessness of these guys.
