I love Xfinity. I switched my phone service about 6 months ago ago because it was way cheaper than AT&T.
I had issues with my phone and Chrys helped me on a time crunch, replaced my SIM card and service is good as new. Thank you Chrys!!

I tried to find out why my bill almost doubled and they said your promotion was over. I've been a customer for about 3 years. I think this is a way to raise the prices. Then when I did an online chat, they offered me a price, but it would still cost me $25-30 extra per month so I called to talk to someone and they said no there is no promotion and the only way to get that price is to cut your speed down. He was very condescending!!!!! I am very disappointed in the price increase as well as the dishonesty!!!!

Xfinity likes to come to our apartment complex and cut internet to other providers where their lines are clearly labeled. They’ve been doing this for years.

Came in to get internet set up for my home, and was greeted & helped by Dalton. He was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. It was an in-n-out service in under 30 minutes! I recommend going in and seeing Dalton for all your Xfinity needs! :)

Love waking up to my Alexa run household and can't even turn on lights because you guys are always doing maintenence. Quick to bill us and no answers when there is no internet. If I had a different choice I'd go with them immediately. PoS service

I have FIVE accounts with you. Words do not express how much I HATE WORKING WITH YOU! Your AI phone system sucks so bad you should all be fired. The lady in the Philippines who I'm talking to right now just told me she hears this all day... people call and they are all pissed off by the time they get a human being.

They will lie and take money out of your account without permission, do not do business with these people. As I'm typing this they are lying to my husband over the phone. The rep at the Xfinity store at the Jefferson Point location lied directly to our faces, and told us that our combined bill would be one amount and it was nothing near that. Come to find out they have done this to countless people.

Went to find affordable internet/ wi-fi as my plan went up $22 this month. My rep quickly looked me up and checked what promos were available. Within 10 minutes, I had the same plan for $5 less than I paid before the rate hike. Easy peasy! So happy I went into the Xfinity store on Illinois Rd!!!
