They helped me upgrade my Internet to a faster speed for the same price. I’m paying now. They also helped me get a faster modem to handle that Internet. Also, in the past, I’ve come to them to upgrade my cell phone plan, and they’ve been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend these people. If you’re looking for an upgrade either on your Internet or your cellular line, definitely reach out to them. There are the people to go to, and they have excellent prices.

I used to highly recommend Xfinity customer service for the most part calling the numbers customer service number they always tried to do their best but for being with them for so long and now being treated like crap Coliseum facility in Fort Wayne when you tried to call and make your bill correct the customer service on Xfinity was great tried to help the best they could but then the finance department just ended up treating you like you were nothing they couldn't solve my issue now they got me into some collection and it should have never been even the customer service people that I spoke to three of them said it shouldn't have been and now it's just one great big mess it's the most horrible service I've had in the 4 years I have been with them the last 2 months that I have been trying to get the same issue corrected it has gotten worse and worse and and it's sad that not even you don't even have to be a supervisor on the other line and they do more then the supervisor or the financing department or anybody else has done I give kudos to the people on the little end the higher end up people you all suck and y'all can keep your service now never again will I recommend you guys and I used to highly recommend you guys I'm over it y'all can keep it now into the good employees that did try to help thank you for your service I'm sure that you can find a better job that will probably treat you better because if they treat your customers like that I'm sure they treat you guys just the same so sad

Periodic lag and slow loading speeds but we're paying 150 for JUST high speed internet. Better off getting the 10 dollar internet if they still have it. It's the same quality.

Xfinity is a good internet company. The store on Coliseum Blvd in Ft.WayneIN can be really good, or bad. It just depends on who you get. Ordered new router on Thursday and got it n on Saturday. I have had mobile through them for past 5 years. It's been, Great, don't plan to change.

I canceled my service 10 days after starting (well within the 30 day money back guarantee) I’m still getting harassment emails for money due in my account, that doesn’t exist. Now emails from a debt collector. The money came out and went back into my account and now they won’t leave me alone over $40. I canceled in person at this location back in July, so 3 months ago. So much for money back, looking at getting my lawyer involved.

The internet goes out 4 or 5 times a day and I have to restart it or just wait for it to come back in there no outages ever when I look just not working right tryed call the store they just say reset it check cables and cords I should not have to
Do this 4 or 5 times a day and almost at the same times everyday the store just says restart it and then if I send a message it’s all AI generated and all it says is restart the modem I’m tired of it this company sucks and the people don’t help at all

Reviews for this business are spot on. Can’t help with outages, more than helpful to point you to AI. Go somewhere else, will be leaving permanently once my lease is up. Joke of a customer service, service.
