Really unfortunate that this company doesn't care about their employees mental, physical, or emotional health. For such a high demand and stressful field, you'd think they'd appreciate the employees they have. Delivery service logistics and home daily are nice perks but only go so far.

We had an issue with a shipment that had concealed damage. After contacting Rick , XPO driver he gave us a contact, Becky to call. They had the inspector, Linda here the same day. We were able to satisfy our customer because of their professional and rapid response. Hats off to you all. You deserve a raise.

Ordered a Commercial grade CubCadet mower through Home Depot. It arrived to the Fort Wayne, IN XPO logistics to then be delivered to my home. Well that never happened and the manager if XPO in Fort Wayne is to blame for her lack of communication and initiative. Long story short, because of the manager of the Fort Wayne, XPO logistics, Becky, they had our mower for almost 2 months. I was supposed to have had free shipping to my home, with the mower uncrated. This did not happen and I had to get the CEO and senior management involved to get any kind of help which was also atrocious on Home Depots end. When it arrived we were notified from XPO, it would be scheduled for delivery to our home on a date. Time was taken off to be available at home for delivery. They canceled due to snow and rescheduled. The second day, again time was taken off from work to be available at home, they call and tell is they don't have the means to deliver the mower. They don't have a lift gate big enough for our 60in zero turn which is in a 70in crate. The manager should have known this immediately after Conway delivered it to XPO! Why would you waste my time, not only once but twice?! Your manager cost us 2 days of wages, our time, and 2 months of a disorganized disaster. We personally had to go retrieve the mower and spend 2.5 hours unpacking it off the crate and palet it was placed on in the end of the nightmare. It went all wrong from the start because the XPO logistics manager did not report this to HomeDepot, I later came to find out. When I last talked to the XPO manager, she told me she was waiting on a call back from HomeDepot to tell her what to do. I had to call again after a few days of no reply from Becky and was told the same. I then called the Fort Wayne Home Depot and got a store manager involved asking if they could help. The home depot manager Brendan, called Becky to figure out the situation. Brendan then calls me to let me know he is waiting on Becky now to initiate a response from .com HomeDepot since that is how we placed the order. Again I don't hear anything so I call Brendan. He hasn't heard from the XPO manager and he reaches out to her. He calls me back to tell me she never did what she said she would do and did not contact .com. Our mower stayed with XPO logistics for almost 2 months. Even the escalations director for HomeDepot could not get a hold of the Fort Wayne XPO manager for 3 days. What kind of disorganized carrier services do you operate?? The real issue is the Fort Wayne location and the manager. Had she done what she was supposed to, we most likely wouldn't have gone through 2 months of an absolute nightmare and stress to get the mower. Be honest with the customer and do your part in reporting to a corporation when you know you are supposed to. Home Depot told me you all knew you were to start a report if their was an issue. I don't appreciate laziness and the fact she told the HD manager they were going to do something and then didn't. I don't know if all XPO logistics centers operate like this, but the Fort Wayne center needs a course on communication! Your manager caused a 2 month long series of unfortunate events that affected over 20 people all the way to the CEO of a large corporation and money for compensation to us for all the trouble we went through. The CEO of XPO logistics should be embarrassed of the incompetence and lack of communication among leadership within their own.
