I brought my car into Zeibart for inspection of an earlier undercoating work. It is an older car and some additional rust was present under the rocker panels. They sprayed all of that area doing an excellent job. The staff is always very knowledgable and friendly. Their work is excellent and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Zebart on Illinois road!!!

After reading all the 1-2 stars review, it is just difficult to understand how the owner can continue to let the manager Diane run that place. Our own personal experience mirrors all those before that Diane is just plain rude, belligerent, disrespectful, and belittling in the manner she speaks and engages with customers. It's a direct reflection on the owners and it's a shame they seem to have no concern for the way customers are treated. We've moved on to another service provider but hopefully can save the next new customer the agony of going through dealing with a highly unstable person.

I have to agree with all the comments about the horrible treatment from the desk clerk (management???) Terribly rude, belittling, name calling, dishonest. Not worth the experience of doing business with them. I'm still in disbelief of the experience.

As usual,, Ziebart Fort Wayne did an awesome job on my new jeep!! It’s so shiney thanks to the Ceramic gloss. I would not take my car anywhere else. The staff, especially Diane were friendly and had my vehicle done when they said it would be done.

Me and my wife got our cars tinted two weeks ago. I was told to bring my car between 9:30 and 10:30. I dropped my car off the night before. Then my wife's vehicle the next morning. The salesman was very friendly and helped us choose what options fit us best. They called and told my wife her vehicle was finished. When we got there around 3:30, they hadn't even started on my vehicle. So later I get at call at 4:55 telling me my car is ready. I pick my son up from sports practice at 5. So I tell them I will be there after I pick up my son. The person who called said she did not stay after hours. I told her that it is unsatisfactory and that I would like to talk to the manager. She was the manager and insisted for me to pay over the phone. Also, asked me where you want your key under the visor or under the rug. The tone and the attitude was horrible. I will not go back to the location again. Especially after spending over $600 total between me and my wife's vehicles. I told her I would be leaving a review and she brushed that off also. Another thing I received a call from the salesman, he ended up being the district manager. He apologized and talked to me on the phone, till I made it there at 5:27. They close at 5:30 no one was there! Still shacking my head at the whole ordeal. Very unprofessional will not be going back at all.
