I had a Diamond gloss protection package performed on my SUV which includes paint and rust protection. Customer Service from Diane and Pete was top-notch. From welcoming you when you arrive, answering your questions to ensuring you are all set before you leave. I recommend using their service.

Recently took my vehicle to Ziebart Fort Wayne for some cosmetic services and I couldn’t be happier! Honestly, some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Ron was great! I can be indecisive, but he walked me through all the services and products. It truly helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured! I’m so pleased with how much vehicle looks!!! 10/10 would recommend! I’ll be taking my other vehicle here for services. Thank you Ron and Ziebart staff!

During my first annual, new car Ziebart diamond gloss touch up, Dianne suggested that I have them apply their paint restoration. I followed her recommendation and am glad I did. After my year of monthly car washes, the clear cost finish showed some minor abrasion. When I picked it up I was amazed at the increased paint luster and deeper color. I am very pleased to have had this extra detailing performed.

I brought my car into Zeibart for inspection of an earlier undercoating work. It is an older car and some additional rust was present under the rocker panels. They sprayed all of that area doing an excellent job. The staff is always very knowledgable and friendly. Their work is excellent and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Zebart on Illinois road!!!

After reading all the 1-2 stars review, it is just difficult to understand how the owner can continue to let the manager Diane run that place. Our own personal experience mirrors all those before that Diane is just plain rude, belligerent, disrespectful, and belittling in the manner she speaks and engages with customers. It's a direct reflection on the owners and it's a shame they seem to have no concern for the way customers are treated. We've moved on to another service provider but hopefully can save the next new customer the agony of going through dealing with a highly unstable person.

I have to agree with all the comments about the horrible treatment from the desk clerk (management???) Terribly rude, belittling, name calling, dishonest. Not worth the experience of doing business with them. I'm still in disbelief of the experience.
