Avoid this pharmacy at any cost. Came here to drop off prescription around 5:30 pm and its almost 6:10pm still the medicines are not ready. They told me that it will take 20mints to get ready the medicines but its more than 20 mints and i am still waiting to get the medicine. They almost told me that it gonna took 20mints to drop off the prescription. Are they freaking kidding or what. Do avoid this pharmacy. Its better to go to another CVS location than being here.

Refused to take my Amazon return. I ran into the UPS guy in the parking lot and he said no problem he scanned it and off I went.

Pharmacist is very cold and rude. He is unwilling or unable to answer the simplist over the counter medication questions for customers. He is unwilling to assist with prescription issues. I have been a loyal CVS customer for 30 years but due to my last 3 interactions at this CVS and with him, I am transferring all of my families prescriptions to Walgreens. That also means all of my drugstore purchases will be done at Walgreens. If you want help when there is a problem you should find a new place to go.

It's a smaller store with no windows so it feels a bit like a box, but have had no issues. Pharmacy has always been helpful and trouble free. Only complaint is the online system with their app causes some issues like telling you your prescriptions are ready when the pharmacy had nothing prepared and didn't get any order from the system but that's a problem with the cvs app as a whole not this location. Was helped quickly when I came in expecting to pick up an order but could tell the online system was causing a headache for the woman behind the counter because the next 2 people had the same problem.When I'm doubt call and speak to a human directly and you'll have no issues.Also to note the pharmacy section closes from 1:30 to 2 daily for their lunch break so take that into account:

Never enough help and the pharmacy is always backed up and it's the only pharmacy in the town of Fortville. It sucks.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The head pharmacist thinks he is more educated than my own spine care specialist about what medications are appropriate for me. He refused to fill a prescription that was accidentally sent to this store. Due to the Holiday and weekend (New Year's), my doctor was not in the office when I called on Friday to have him send my prescription to the CVS pharmacy I have been going to for years. My own CVS store has never given me any issues filling my medication, yet the pharmacist at this store refused to fill it, and began to lecture me as if I haven't been taking this same medication for ten years. I can't stand pharmacists who think they are more educated than a patient's doctor. He was extremely rude and belittling!

ATTENTION CVS: please listen up the racial profiling has to STOP! My wife and I came here to pick-up my meds. As soon as we entered the store heading toward the pharmacy area, the very tall unattractive lady from up front who was running the cash register, started yelling can she help us. Well if we needed her help we would of asked for it. besides we are adults. However let us continue our horrible experience then after waiting for the pharmacist to check on our meds we decided to walk around their store to see if there was anything else we needed and low and behold here comes your generic, noticeable top notch floor walker who shows up in every isle we are in with absolutely nothing in hand. Remember people this is low life fortville that' is filled everyone of all races. By the way my wife and I make 50.00 an hour together. With that being said we would never risk our freedom to steal from a darn CVS. Please change your employees

My fiancé went to get his COVID booster here today and the pharmacist has not been properly trained to give vaccinations. As a medical assistant, I was concerned that the vaccine was given much too close to the acromion process and I think he hit a nerve in my fiancés arm. I would like them to be better trained if they’re giving vaccines, this can be dangerous if done incorrectly! I would hate for someone to be hurt from this.

I pulled in the empty parking lot at 8:10am in the morning to do a video call. Staff comes out to tell me to leave and empty parking lot is for customers only…… okay “Male version of Karen” I now know why your parking lot is empty. Hope management reads these reviews and if you are management I hope your business continues to fail
