I came an hour ago and came back and the notice is still there and there is a guy inside and he won't open. I just need some laundry soap at the laundry. The service is always terrible.

this store has turned into a joke, hit or miss when it's open not reliable and when it is open you can't even move through the aisles. fix your store or shut it down and let this town have a store we can rely on

Sketchy employees telling me they got no pokemon cards then I found a lot of them behind the counter , then they told me limit 2 per customers …on top of all of that all the packs where stolen out of the mini binders and when I ask they told me that’s how they came off the truck ! And they told me it’s sealed and they don’t know what happened but you can open these and reseal them very easily! I’m sure the employees that works there 5/24 stole these packs and are buying them to resell . Be aware

If i could leave zero stars i would.
the store is ALWAYS over crowded with items on the floor, spilling off the shelves, and a line that goes to the back of the store because they’re never staffed with more than one cashier. i am always disappointed any time i come here

I went tonight and the cashier Miichael, was not friendly. I had two bags, but didn't know that until I got home.!! Then I got back in my car and drove up to get my other bag. I said "Thank you".! He didn't say a word to me.!! He was very rude.!!!

Went to the Fortville location at noon, they had a sign on the door saying, Closed until 1:30. This location is terrible, they can not keep help.

Why? This is for management. Please hire people that is good at customer service and paying attention to their job duties. Your store has hired a red / burgundy hair female that will leave the cash register while customers are standing in line. She will talk her personal buisness with customers while the line is backed up as well as flirting and making remarks to married men. What happened to good customer service and professionalism. We have experienced this behavior from her on several occasions please train her better.

Yes my experience my perspective. I am literally sick and tired of going into to the "Dollar Run Down" and having low life staff follow me around the store while i am doing my shopping. I need the owner to know that while his or her staff is walking around profiling certain individuals he or she should have someone watching them. At best the manager position makes right about 16.00 dollars well i make way more All i want to do is come into the store and be free to shop without being racially profiled. This behavior is unacceptable and very outdated. You will find one day that staff that racially profile are really the ones who are doing the stealing. I understand the fake security floor walker shoppers want to catch someone of color stealing but remember it wont be me because im a hard worker who has integrity and dignity. Makes some store improvements and keep good business coming thank you.
