“I just checked on my delivery. It is coming to Greenwood, IN from Fishers, IN via a shipper called Auctane Endicia that uses USPS. After several days it is presently in Detroit, Michigan! The staff is kind but probably overworked since phone calls ring for a long time before someone answers. The product is always great quality. GreenLeaf seems to be at this point where they will either grow and fix their issues or continue to struggle. I hope they make it. Blessings!”

“I was in need to purchase something for my husband’s upset stomach, so I quickly ran into CVS for my second time ever (because where I had recently moved from did not have any) and was able to quickly find what I needed and head to the self checkout..as I was checking out I realized I wasn’t getting the discount that I saw, so I asked the clerk for help and I received such a kind and helpful response and was well cared for and after signing up for CVS extra care savings, I received the discount and left with a smile on my face and decided I will go back again, and even take my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to CVS.
When you’re helped and received kindly you want to go back to that place!”

“The clinic has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was needing some screening blood/lab work done and set up an appointment. I got a convenient Saturday time slot booked through the app and showed up and was seen with no wait time.
Nurse and the NP (Michelle) were both very professional. They caught my high blood pressure and made sure I had close follow up with a primary doctor. Testing was done and they were very punctual and timely about personally calling my with results.
Pleasantly surprised, I can't believe I have this service 5 minutes from my home!”

While the Greenfield Walmart itself is often a mess, rude and unhelpful staff and cashiers, personal shoppers who just bust right in front of people and dont say excuse me (not. even. once... not .one. person), and a hostnof other issied — I love the Pharmacy. I've nevet had a single issue and everyone is amazing.”
“This Kroger is usually very very busy. I would say that’s the biggest downfall however they usually have quite a few registers open so the wait typically isn’t long to check out which I feel is a huge deal. Their sales and coupons are always great. However, their meat prices aren’t always the best so unless they have some crazy deal on meat, I typically don’t buy meat from Kroger. Store is typically always clean shelves are usually stocked great store for day-to-day items you need at a great price with coupons.”

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! “Love this pharmacy. Yes they're slammed busy, so is every retail pharm in America. But this pharmacy treats me like a human. As a caregiver for others, they do their best to get stuff filled when I call ahead so I can pick up the person's stuff. I've called numerous times asking which OTC is right for my sick kiddo with his other conditions or meds and they're always so kind and walk me through finding the right fit so he heals comfortably.”

“Convenient, quiet, orderly location. Found everything I needed and more on a Sunday afternoon. Old medication disposal unit in the pharmacy is great! Was able to safely dispose of a few old unused meds. Found what I came in to buy and browsed for clearance deals. I usually use self check-out but the register was staffed with no waiting. Cashier was nice and showed me that I had $15+ in coupons, woohoo!”
