“I switched to this pharmacy about 6 months ago after dealing with issues at Meijer pharmacy. I recently forgot to pickup my medicine before leaving for vacation, I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist Neil went above and beyond to get my medication sent to a location that I could pick it up. I even gave him a bad pharmacy location and number and he took it up on himself to find the next closest one for me while I was flying and couldn’t be contacted. This is just one example of their great customer service. They are always are so helpful!”

“I have a great experience with the pharmacy location. They have sourced hard to find meds for me and I've never had an issue getting things in a timely manner. It's a night and day difference from the other big name ABC pharmacy. The staff here is busy but helpful. Any phone call I make to them for something, they are able to get me an answer or point me in the right direction. The text feature to let you know the meds are ready is great. I usually check their mobile app for ecoupons/deals to add to my Kroger card before shopping. Typically busy here. Hard to get the shopping carts around, especially the produce area. Their parking is a bit limited too.”

“I was in need to purchase something for my husband’s upset stomach, so I quickly ran into CVS for my second time ever (because where I had recently moved from did not have any) and was able to quickly find what I needed and head to the self checkout..as I was checking out I realized I wasn’t getting the discount that I saw, so I asked the clerk for help and I received such a kind and helpful response and was well cared for and after signing up for CVS extra care savings, I received the discount and left with a smile on my face and decided I will go back again, and even take my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to CVS.

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! “I had a scrip sent by a doctor and had not read the reviews. I have to say my experience was not at all like what is described by the negative reviews. The pharmacist was nice and polite and filled one of them while I waited. The reason it was not ready is it was not pre approved by insurance and the price was ridiculous so the pharmacist rightly waited to get my approval before filling it. The clerk that waited on me showed me how to use the coupon finder on my phone and it ended up saving me a good amount of money. She did not have to go the extra mile but she did. Thanks pharmacy team at the Walgreens at 116th/Olio. I sincerely appreciate your courtesy and help.”

“CVS drugstores have a cookie cutter persona nationally, but it’s shaded by the locale. This particular one is in a semi-rural area headed towards a denser suburban district.
Sometimes getting a prescription can be a bit of a drudge. Sometimes it’s under-staffed on very busy days. On Monday and Friday the wait time for a straight order pickup can stretch to 15-20 min if you (or Dr’s office) placed it in advance. If you place it when you arrive, 30-35 min, easy.”
