I’ve never been able to have my mail held/then delivered accurately. They either don’t hold or don’t deliver as requested or deliver the held mail, then continue to hold. This Always requires a trip to the post office to recover or restart the mail process. If I have anything critical to mail, I will always go to Pendleton instead, a much better managed facility.

So first off they never get my mail here on time because i leave my front door open and have a dog he told me this because my dog barks at him even though my dog is 15 years old boo hoo if your that scared your in the wrong business it's always the red head irish dude who never ever brings my mail and he's soooooo rude. This is the worst post office ever they are rude and they never bring the correct mail theres been 3 times my kids was waiting on bday cards from their gma and never got them ever had to cancel the checks. Everyone of workers inside at the dest are so rude and not helpful at all I lived here 6 years and it's been bad for awhile but it's getting worse I never even get my own mail Its always someone elses. They need to make it better some how. Rehire all new people. One irish dude that works there is scared of our dog who's inside my house he didnt bring out mail for days I had to call and see why well he was to scared the dog could come through the door The dog is behind a gate he can't even see the dog only hear it. Then today I had to go put and fly him to get it and he yelled at me about where I'd my dog. Told me if my door is open he won't come on my street. If you are that scared get a new job. That's ridiculous. He is the only one that does it.alsp beware cause we found out the mail person is stealing our rebates. They are being used and not delivered. One was Menard up to to a few hundred dollars one was a visa gift card 75 dollars and it's every time we have one. When we look or dig into it shows they have been possessed and used. Getting to be ridiculous and the post master is ok with it and doesn't do anything. This is the most worthless post office and everyone I talk to around here has the same issues we have.

The Irish mailman I a mail girl.
I am pretty sure the mail people know what a rebate letter looks like because I have had numerous rebates from menards firestone and multiple other places and they don't show up. Just had a $75.00 firedtone rebate not show up but it shows on the email that shows what is supposed to be delivered. Fortville USPS postmaster you have got to get these people in order or people gonna complain about you alot more than usual

Just a simple comment about my mail delivery. I have none. It's after 6:40 and I haven't received the mail that shows up on my automated delivery page. I'm retired Army and I receive various letters and pieces of mail from other veterans. Of late,
I don't even get any mail. However, my other Vets, say they write to me regularly.
I live a 416 S Main Street, I take it it's a walker route. I do see some mail carriers on their feet. Just an observation. Thank you.

Professionalism is lacking. Some employees working the counter will give preference to their friends and family by allowing them to cut in line who will be coming in with collapsible lounge wagons (yes, really) full of packages while everyone else has to wait for their slow-paced performance. Definitely not a place equipped to handle the growing population or even taking advantage of the advances in technology. There is no pride to serve and perform to high standards. Poor dress code and no uniforms.

0/5 Stars. I was over on this side of town and decided to take a chance with this post office. THREE of my packages somehow never updated in tracking and I had to refund all of my buyers. They said my packages were “probably lost” LOL.disappointing.

Not even deserved for a single star. Terrible USPS Service. Staff doesn't even know how to enter Postal Code into their systems. My mail has returned to my address after 10 days without any reason. Total waste of time and money.

Never had any problems here. Friendly staff. If there is ever a line it usually goes pretty fast.
