Professionalism is lacking. Some employees working the counter will give preference to their friends and family by allowing them to cut in line who will be coming in with collapsible lounge wagons (yes, really) full of packages while everyone else has to wait for their slow-paced performance. Definitely not a place equipped to handle the growing population or even taking advantage of the advances in technology. There is no pride to serve and perform to high standards. Poor dress code and no uniforms.

0/5 Stars. I was over on this side of town and decided to take a chance with this post office. THREE of my packages somehow never updated in tracking and I had to refund all of my buyers. They said my packages were “probably lost” LOL.disappointing.

Not even deserved for a single star. Terrible USPS Service. Staff doesn't even know how to enter Postal Code into their systems. My mail has returned to my address after 10 days without any reason. Total waste of time and money.

Never had any problems here. Friendly staff. If there is ever a line it usually goes pretty fast.

Absolutely terrible, and not very industrious. I had one package marked USPS under the red flag that was up and on other side of my front door another box marked UPS. So the carrier delivered mail. Skipped the USPS box that has the red flag up, and grabs my UPS box. Like are you serious. I think she didn't want to take the bigger and heavery box. Because weeks prior she walked past my impact printer that I sold on ebay and I had to run after her and ask her if she will take it. And she did but then it was lost and then 3 weeks later the customer got the package and someone put their foot through it. And they only payed 350 for it when I did a claim and it was sold on ebay for 800. Absolutely rediculous. And tell the carrier to stop defacing my federal mail by writing on it. So sad and pathetic service

Expected a package which was deemed unable to deliver because the mailbox was “blocked”. I showed up at this post office with Ring video evidence that no such blockage existed. They handed me my package, along with a stack of mail which had not been delivered, including bills, dating back 30+ days. Just…wow.

I am still getting the previous owners mail over two months after I moved in. I even took the mail to the office to let them know these people no longer live here. Not very polite or efficient.

Awful. This place isn't consistent with their deliveries. Not to mention The fact that 4:30 is a very inconvenient time for everyone who has to work a job.

There is no consistency and seems like I don’t get mail ,but maybe two out of 6 days. Lots people still depend on getting there mail and important documents and some with a time limit to respond to or for that matter checks and bills. Staff seem to be friendly but obviously that doesn’t mean they are competent. USPS needs to be held accountable and that doesn’t seem to be the case. Have had issues for years and this needs to be fixed now.

Are we still getting Saturday mail delivery? It's almost 5:00 & no mail. Usually comes around 10 am, so 7 hrs late. The Greenfield Daily Reporter arrives by mail, so no mail, no newspaper.
