I have been standing here waiting for almost 30 minutes . The sign says 12:00 and it is 12:30, when does this place open back up? Sorry excuse for a Post Office

How is it this government building has no access for the disabled? I have seen someone struggle to get up and down the stairs. I'm just wondering if there is an entrance I'm not aware of.
