Joseph, behind the counter allowed me to use a pair of pliers he had on hand, although they had no open fuse puller. When that wouldn't work he personally came out and helped me to pull the mini fuse I was struggling to get out. After we realized my fuse was good and both break lights were actually bad, he helped me quickly replace both bulbs free of charge. Great guy, good business.”
