Showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted. I got something else. She cut it way to short in the front. The longest part of my hair was supposed to be in the front. Glad I could get another butchered haircut from this place. I knew better!

No appointment/walked in. They were busy, little wait, all good. I was fortunate to have the associate Steph handle the process. Caring, courteous, professional, and gentle. Coupons bring me in, customer service brings me back.

Ms Lynn and Alyssa were absolutely a wonderful team to tackle my father and my haircut. I honestly haven't had a conversation that was deeper than a kiddy pool with a hair stylist ever so it was a very pleasant experience. Lynn and my father had very relatable conversation and it Honestly couldn't have been a better experience. 10/10

Have never had a bad experience in the 3 years of going to this location. We went when they first opened, and there was only one stylist for the first hour. The woman cut way more then I wanted, my layers are uneven and there is a small section that is much shorter then the rest in the back. She rushed through the entire hair cut and was extremely rough combing my hair and jerking my head around, she didn't even show me the back when it was done. She accidentally poked my fiance in the face with the clippers because she was rushing.

I’m not one to put reviews on stuff,but I went today and they did absolutely nothing I asked for. I get the saying “ you get what you pay for” but I didn’t deserve to walk out of there with the haircut I have for $20. They don’t take their time, and they end up doing whatever they want with your hair. I still tipped the lady a few bucks because she was sweet. Staff is great but if you have long thick hair like me I wouldn’t go there if I were you.
