“I just love this place. I recently got Sam as a small group trainer. He has worked around my shoulder injury and personalized my workouts to meet what I need. Having the help and the push from Sam I have now been to the gym everyday since I started with him. I trained with Sam 3 days and in the last 6 days I have lost 16 pounds all thanks to his help and support. I highly recommend going and seeing the trainers at anytime fitness if you are ready to get in shape. Very friendly staff also helps make it fun to go.
