No matter how busy they are, they are always smiling and try to get assistance when the line starts to backup to open another register.”

“CVS in Frankfort Indiana is open 24 hrs. There SHOULD always be someone available to answer all questions and help with everything. Cashier DID not know what she was doing; made me lose a $2 off coupon that I had and no one was available to help. Had to leave the store unhappy”
