So far, I'm regretting renting from them and literally just started. They didn't give me a gate code and on the website (where they'll tell you to look) it just had ***. I called to get the code. They gave me a temp one and said someone would have to assign one. The code worked for two days. Today, after hauling a whole truck load of stuff down a flight of steps, my temp code no longer worked. I received no email with a code and still *** on the site. They won't answer their phones even though they're still open for hours. Guess I'm hauling all of this stuff back up stairs and dealing with this tomorrow. Will update the review.

She was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. This is the second unit I’ve rented. I was amazed at how incredibly clean. The first unit was. I think this is an excellent facility.

I love the staff! Very friendly people, especially the manager and assistant manager, I think. If I have a problem, they take care of it right away. I have had several issues, especially with the gate code, but they finally got it figured out. They are very patient and I would highly recommend others to rent from this company.
