So bad. Me and my friend went together, the lady I had ripped off the acrylic on one of my nails which was very painful, then just added new acrylic over my flimsy nail without adding a new tip. My friend had a man doing hers, and not only did it take 30 minutes before he was even done with her base, but he did not paint or fill her whole nail, making it look like her nails were already 2 weeks grown out (pictured below). He was also very sloppy with her polish, and did not take off all of her original polish. We could see her original polish through her “finished product”. The lady who did my nails ended up redoing my friends, but just an overall bad experience. We were there for over 2.5 hours and we had even set appointments online before going to the salon. Would not recommend to anybody!

If I could put less than a star on this place I would, the job that's been done to my nails has been the worst one, top of the list of the worst nails, I have ever done to it. Us being woman, doing little things like this for ourselves makes us feel good and look good. Especially a very busy person who can put a little time to get their nails done, but not to something like this. I would never recommend this place at all to anybody. The nail tech did a terrible job for a mani pedi. As she was doing my nails, it created a bubble while under the blue light, and I told her about it, she added more layer to it, and added about 3 layers of it until it was burning me under the blue light. Then tried to cover the mess by adding glitter on top of it, but you could clearly see the drip of the gel and how it's unevenly applied. And to top it off, the audacity to ask for a tip with a terrible work, I did it anyway because of the less than 30 minutes she's done with my nails. Pictures to come!
Asking for receipt or tip, does not matter at this point. I will never entrust my nails there again even if you guys tried to offer to fix it. Applying multiple gels on top of the other and burning my hand on top of it, no thank you! Trust, I did that with this place and clearly learned my lesson. I would like to get a refund but I know I will not get that, so I just learned to never come back there and experience that horrific experience again.
