“I just switched to state farm and not only was I extremely impressed with my coverage, but my agent, here - Sam Knight, as well. She helped me select options that are much better than I was previously getting, explained important details about certain coverage that I was shocked no one had ever made sure I knew, and was even proactive in helping me make a plan on what policy changes I would want for upcoming changes in circumstance. She answered questions I really wouldn't have thought to ask! Not only do I now have, by far, better auto insurance, but I added renters and I'm still paying a substantial amount less than what I was, and what I assumed I could pay for the coverage.
It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to working with Sam in the future. The whole process was easier than going to the grocery store. I couldn't be happier!”
