We rarely go to a physical location, but we have generally had good experiences at this location. My only issue is, I think that the people greeters they have inside the bank are just weird & they really serve no purpose. I have encountered them at two separate branches and each time they asked why I was there & then couldn't really help beyond that! I think their payroll funds could be utilized better elsewhere!

I've been trying to speak to someone from this branch by phone for 3 days now and have called probably 10 times over various times of day and no one has ever picked up

I had an extremely disappointing encounter on 5/9/2024 at Chase Bank in Franklin, Indiana, largely due to the manager's rude behavior. Despite attempting to discuss a simple issue, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly quite disrespectful. The overall customer service was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone seeking respectful and professional service.

This is by far the worst branch location, I can never get a hold of them through email or phone until I physically show up in Franklin. I signed up for the 300 dollars bonus checking accounts for which I was eligible after doing everything that was told to me I did not get the amount as they said I would need to tell the coupon code before setting direct deposit which I never got one from them. Has only been a little over a month with them and I absolutely hate it already.

The same teller told me I had to get a check rewritten from my customer. Mind you there a hr away, so I get the new one and return and now she telling me I had to have the customer to come in to verify it. She had gave me a attitude about me doing everything she told me to do and then lie even more when I was in the drive threw that "she had to restart her computer" but serve two customer after telling me she couldn't cash my check!

No exterior ATM, and the bank is closed. I have no way of withdrawing money without driving out of the way to a different Chase Bank

I live in Franklin and this is the worst chase bank that I have ever been to. I understand why the reviews are so bad can you please fire the branch manager they don’t do their job the ATM all month long has not been able to accept cash deposits it now won’t dispense cash it can’t print out a receipt like, why why is the only chase bank in Franklin the ATM the single ATM for the entire city doesn’t work ever every single month it’s something for weeks not it can’t print receipts it can’t accept deposits this is a horrible horrible branch and I’m about to dump Chase and go to another branch and a different baking system that actually gives me the ability to bank

I’ve never seen a bank operate so poorly. ATM is always down. Hoping we get a different Chase bank closer to Franklin soon.

ATM is down ……….yet AGAIN!!!!
They really should consider adding at least one more so the customers could have at least a 50/50 chance on one working since it is the only one in town.
