I went in with two needs... setting up a VM and removing someone from my account and setting up their own. The guy said he didn't know how to do any of that, he doesn't even know how and hasn't even set up his own VM??? That we can come back when the other lady comes in between 2 and 3. Totally useless. Then said, "wait, is that okay?" Um, no dude, it's not okay.

Cassie the lady that helped us with our phones was really nice and I had lost my love in January and didn't won't to loose all his messages he had sent me. I know they were in my other phone but when she transfer my old to my new phone all my message from his was on my new phone. I was so happy. She was very nice she was excellent good business skills and she was kind and sweet. She is and will be my go to person if I have any issues with my phone.

I need a form they have, i went last week, they didnt have any printed off. Said only store manager can use printer, lol. Ther were out today, never printed any more out . I have to stop again tomorrow. Hope they will get me the form. Its costing me money waiting on it.

This store has worse customer service.I get plan from there just after activation jump into next plan.Cricket didn’t changed my plan in system.Wasted 3-4 hours on phone with customer service.They told go to store.This store told me to get that plan to pay for another SIM card & pay $40.Finally returned phone,Wasted $75 & time.Walked away from cricket.

The manager was extremely knowledgeable, help me out with my S10 Samsung couldn't call out or receive calls and she helped me greatly with updates....

Best experience I had ever had on upgrading a phone. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took less than a half hour to get everything transferred over to my new phone. Thank you!

I switched to Cricket from another carrier. While I'm not sold on Cricket's service as a carrier, the customer service I received was very helpful. I had a problem with my phone and Cassie fixed it and showed me what was wrong and how to deal with similar problems, if I have any in the future.

I never see a mask on any employees and once you try to get them to help you they let you know it's not their job. I go in to pay my bill and the vibes are not at all what they should be and I don't trust a cluster of them. It's like they are on an all day break. Plum lousy!!!
