This trip to CVS in Franklin, IN was my 5th attempt to pick up a prescription. My previous attempts were met with a drive through that was closed and/or the pharmacy had closed early so this trip became a do or die mission. To add insult to injury, I've been getting text messages to remind me that my prescription was available for pickup and asking which day I planned on picking it up. So annoying! Upon entering the store, it became obvious there was a major problem as the single line to the pharmacy counter stretched nearly to the front of the store. I got in line a little before 2:00pm EDT and was finally in possession of my prescription at 3:03pm EDT. That was excruciating!Considering the pressure she must've felt, the pharmacist was courteous and got my order to me quickly. She did encounter a problem however; when I asked her to use the card on file, she said she didn't have record of a card on file. I have had my HSA card on file with CVS for over 4 years. Why would that suddenly disappear? I had to re-register the card while there was a line of customers stretching back nearly to the front of the store! What has happened to customer service at CVS?All told this was my worst experience trying to retrieve a prescription from a pharmacy. Clearly, something needs to be fixed with CVS and soon!

Since losing their long-time pharmacy manager a couple months ago, the new lead pharmacist has been consistently rude to me every time I have filled my prescription. The new pharmacist has actually embarrassed me in front of several other customers filling their medications too, by literally threatening me to "never fill my medication a day early again." I have never once deserved the attitude he threw at me. The medication I am prescribed gets a lot of ridiculous, unnecessary stigma. And that discrimination coming from an "educated, professional Pharmacist".... yikes. Please go back to school. I hear him yelling at customers over the phone and across the counter every time I'm in the store. I am stuck filling at this pharmacy & I literally have a panic attack everytime I have to walk in there.

These idiots want to shut down drive thru while their parking lot is being redone with very limited parking spaces. They claim to be short staff but there was 4 employees working. LAZY I all can say. 100% LAZY

This location managed to fill and dispense a controlled-substance meant for a different patient, but under my name. As a physician myself, I am concerned for the health and safety of patients in Johnson County. There is no urgency from management to return my call. Surely they will answer to the reports placed with local police, DEA, FTC and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.

Long story short my cat, Marci somehow ended up 40 minutes from home in Franklin Indiana. A very kind pharmacy worker alerted me and as soon as she did my partner was on his way to go pick Marci up. She was being kept behind the counter safe and sound except when he arrived it turns out the manager working, Nick, took it upon himself to put her outside since according to him "the store policy prevents animals from entering" among the 20 different things wrong with this starting off with have some fucking compassion, and ending with the fact that nick went behind the other employees back and left my cat to fend for herself outside without any of us knowing. I googled the CVS pet policy and turns out it doesn't even have one, it varies by manager. So to Nick and the elderly lady who took an attitude with me when I asked what happened to my pet, until she's found I hope you both get what u deserve (fired :)

I had to go here last minute (about 4 months ago) to get some medicine because I didn’t feel well, and I was on a business trip. I was desperate! The guy helped me tremendously, asked me my symptoms and then suggested a few different things as options. He kept saying “I’m not a doctor so take or leave my advice. But if I were you I would consider these as options” then he’d show me a few things. I got medicine and left and it immediately helped me. He made my business trip a success. I felt better the next day and I didn’t have to leave to go home. Thank you to that gentleman, I wish I got his name.
