The guy who done my taxes was great.. the problem I had is when I called and made an appointment they advise me it would only cost 100 to get my taxes done.. after all the little fees they threw in there at the end, I ended up getting charged close to 200 dollars.. big difference than the 100 dollars they said it was gonna be.. kind of a tricky move h and r block pulled on me.. needless to say I will never be returning there to get my taxes done nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Booked an appointment online for Monday at 1 p.m.. Was called and told they don’t have a person available not only for that time, but for that day. What’s the point in having the online scheduling service if you can’t actually use it? Rhetorical question, this is just irresponsible and unprofessional.
