Do Not bank here!I opened an account for my business, and they were nice enough originally, I began depositing money and using the account, well after about a week they asked for address verification on a piece of mail. So I went in and provided. A week later while out of town for business they put an entire hold on my account saying the documents are not good enough. I called the branch and Jenny, the manager told me she disagree that I even provided documents. I tried to work with them to get them documents while I was out of town and had no access to my money, but they turned rude, hung up on me a couple times while asking when I could have my money. Now they are closing the account and my money no longer shows in the balance. Very horrible customer service, they didn’t even care to help.

Listened to a 3 minute intro on the local bank phone only to be told to call a different number. Called the listed 800 number and got another recording with no way to get past it without entering my social security number or account number. And I was trying to inquire about opening an account for my college-aged daughter. There are other banking options and i am going with them. I called them and a person actually answered the phone and gave me the info I was looking for. Clueless Keyless Bank

I am not understanding what happened, everyone at this branch used to be so nice and helpful. Now it takes a week to get a reply to an email or phone call.. and at times you can't even get through if you call them to ANYONE? I have banked with them for 15 years.. it may be time for a change.

There's been 2 separate occasions where my account has been accessed. One where money was being taken out and another when someone had deposited $10,000 and they were very quick to remove it but they have my account locked and will not let me access my money until they do an investigation. Very upset with keybank these past 3 months.

Had a really poor experience this past weekend, but Key reached out and apologized, and we were able to resolve the situation. Things don't always go the way we plan or even how they should, so conflict resolution and apologies go a very long way. Thank you for taking the time. :)

We paid off a loan months ago. Been trying to get a title for months. They promise to call back and never do. Very disappointed In the service. No apologies or even a sorry. Very frustrating !

Do not Bank with Key. Thier online banking is terrible and does not give live information on ACH activity. Great bank for still using a checkbook in 2020 or paying a ton of fees!

I tried to go to the atm to access my money and found out that was not going to happen. I called the customer service number but they provided no help at all. I called the branch on the next business day and was told that it had to do with my atm limit. They raised my daily amount and assured me everything would work fine. I tried to go to the atm a few days later and once again I could not access my account. This time when I called the 800 number they told me my account was locked up for security reasons but I could use my atm only card to make purchases in store. I basically argued with them trying to explain that my atm card would not work at the cash register and that my account has been locked up. No one has any answers to why I cannot simply access my money. I opened the account with a few thousand but had to borrow $20 for gas from a friend. Not what I'm looking for out of a bank.

I'm going to give it half and half. Mainly because the woman who set up my account was really nice and helpful and the woman that helped me was really nice and helpful. Within the past month plus I've fallen on hard times when I opened this account I intended getting direct deposit I ended up needed to use a majority of the money I put in on the daily to feed my self and my family and one of the ladies whom I withdrew money from my account daily loudly spoke my account balance as if I didn't know it was getting low and had a attitude with me and I did t have my card yet so I couldn't just swipe it. I did make me upset but as for the lady Jasmine online who helped today and the woman who opened my account they were professional and nice. So I won't give it a 1. The only other bad thing is you have to pay 5 dollars for a money order even if you bank there and that's wild to he but other than that. I just need to get realiable work. And pray more I guess.
