The store was well stocked and they had a good 20% off coupon for the day. Unfortunately, the prices are really high and even the clearance stuff was higher than I thought they would be. The staff was friendly, although you really had to look around to find someone. I think Kohl's needs to do a better job of hiring so they have more people on the floor to help assist customers.

The Franklin Kohl's is always a pleasant experience. When the return lines or check out lines get several people waiting, more clerks are in place quickly to assist customers! This store is always clean and well kept.

Kohl's stores are so sad now. There is very little stock or employees on the floor. They used to have some cute brands with cute clothes, but now it's just bad. ?

I don't think they hireenough help. The staff is always friendly and helpful but the stock is always low. Especially in the plus sizes. Great prices if you ask when you can come in and find what you want. I was told Monday.

I was looking for a specific product that wasn't in the store. I went to C.S. and a very nice young lady (sorry didn't get her name), helped me download their app and I ordered my product from the KOHL'S App. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Very nice experience.

Disappointed with selection. Prices are ridiculous. Discounts don't apply to certain things, which should be posted under the signs.

Have always liked Kohl's but last time I shopped there prices seemed so high compared to other visits. Looked liked Goodwill in clearance clothing.

Visited Franklin, IN Kohl's to send two items back to Amazon. It was quick and efficient and the young lady at Customer Service was very helpful and friendly. Good experience.
