Hanna Swango had my tires delivered in one day and put on the next...after having a huge hole in one of my tires. She also kept me on track for scheduled maintenance and informed me about rebates on the tires.

Best service experience I’ve had at a dealer, ever. Was in Indy for the National FFA Convention and took first and second gear out of the wife’s 2016 Fusion. Had just rolled 70k miles on the trip there(500 miles), so trading in on something was not really an option. The service manager, Tony Florence was outstanding in presenting the options and coordinating a loaner for the day and a rental for the duration. The reman transmission had a 5 business day lead, but showed up in 3. They got it installed and I had them do a few more things the car needed, then headed back to Indy. The first trip was 500 miles back to Missouri and the car had never driven so well.

Even though I was the only customer in the building, I like the privacy/spacing the waiting room has unlike the Greenwood/US 31 does. Also, the staff is very nice and welcoming.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They got us in an out. They listened to what our family needed in a car and didn’t show me car that didn’t fit our family needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
