Petsmart return policy is amazing, if your dog doesnt like it they will let you return, and the high end canned food my dog loves so much better than brands at grocery store and about the same cost.

We go to pet smart for all our pet needs. We have a puppy & a 17 year old cat. We were needing some extra help with our picky cat who has not been eating well & losing weight. We were able to find several options to help her eat more & are very happy with the results. We want the best for our fur babies & pet smart is always there to help. It's our one stop store.

After an awful experience in Greenwood, I was hesitant to ever use Petsmart for grooming again.. but alas I was desperate.And I am glad I gave them a chance. FRANKLIN location...groomer Emily is PHENOMENAL. Not only did she update me as we went, she followed instructions and went above and beyond to ensure my kiddo had a great experience.10/10 job, Emily. We will be back!! ♡♡
