I would give a zero star if I could. Went in to cash 2 checks. Directed to go to a small private cubicle and talk to someone on a screen. Then slide debit card in, then slide drivers license in. Once I'm verified as an account holder I'm told to insert the checks into an opening, which the operator forgot to open, as I stood there waiting..inserted 2 checks that totalled $$$.22. He said change will come out first and then the bills, which it did. He says anything else I can do and I said, Yes, I only got 20 cents, 4 nickels you owe me 2 cents. He says well I would have to issue you a check and mail it to you and would take 7-10 days, is that ok? I said yes I want my 2 cents. It's really not about the 2 cents at this point. So now they will spend money issuing a check, mailing it and then I will take it back to cash it and they wont be able to because they don't use pennies. BRILLIANT! Talk about cold and impersonable service..........this is it. No tellers, No drive thru. They might as well close it down. Heavily considering changing banks but they wont care if I leave.

This isn’t anything more than a glorified ATM Machine. Drive thru is always out of money when I try to use it. This branch is the reason I’m closing my PNC account

Ridiculous. No tellers. Can't do anything without an ATM card. Moving all of our business somewhere else that has actual customer service!!!

I used to bank here all the time when I lived in Franklin and it was fine. However, I was in the area and went there today but the drive thrus were both closed. So, I went to go inside the branch and was confused by the sign that said no cash withdrawals but since I just wanted to make a deposit I went in anyway. There are now no tellers, just small offices. I stood there for a bit and no one greeted me or tried to help. There were no signs explaining what to do either. What is the purpose of a branch if you can't conduct your business?

DO NOT bank here. This location refuses to do any customer service. You cannot speak to anyone about your account or deposit money. They caused me to overdraw my account by refusing to deposit money when their system&ATM were down. Now I have to pay $36 overdraft fee because they are too lazy to work. Customer care in the app refuses to remove it so I can close my account. I wish I could be a lazy see you n tee and not have to do anything productive at work

What kind of bank dose not have a teller, a joke and a waste of time. You’d be better off just to go to an ATM. At least the ATM won’t look at you funny for trying to deposit a check.

This is quite literally not a bank…. You are unable to withdraw or deposit cash. Not even joking you are actually not allowed to withdraw or deposit cash here

Always polite and professional tellers. Have banked with them for many years and will continue to do so. Their have always handled my financial affairs to great satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that have popped up.

Terrible, to say the least. I have never stepped foot into this specific branch with PNC, yet one of their employees working at this branch has accessed my account and gave very specific details about my balances, checks, deposits to people outside of PNC, just because she was simply asked to do so. I have been in touch with the branch manager, the regional manger and the executive customer service dept. PNC has opened and shut an “investigation” and currently denying to give me access/details to what information was found during such investigation. The employee is still employed at this branch and per PNC directly there is nothing they can do to keep her out of my account. My husband and I have never felt so uneasy and let down by a financial institution. We will be closing all accounts here and pursuing legal action.

This pnc’s customer service ,at this location, has ruined my view of pnc as a company. I’m no longer willing to bank through not only this branch but pnc as a whole. From failing to prompt reassign debit cards and repeatedly use of overdraft Policy as a way to keep you from closing your account. management at this branch has managed to put a new level of incompetence on the shelf of failures I’ve experienced while banking with them at this location. To be honest your money will be safer in a shoebox under your bed.
